Ips was great to work with from start to finish they bought the house and worked with us got us a lawyer and how to go to probate court so we could seek the house found my sisters a place to live after the bought it worked with them for deposit great team to work with they get a 10 from me would recommend them truly such a nice group thank you for working with me if you need someone these are the group to go try
