Aplus Have a terrific team of caregivers? I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Especially Christian. Christian has kept me so well informed about the care the issues and hurdles we had to overcome. I will forever be grateful to the team that I’ve worked with and who have cared for my mom.

Carol is an amazing hospice nurse! Who goes above and beyond. The am aides are sometimes in a hurry and don’t comb my moms hair or leave things tidy. However Malene the am aide who gets my mom ready for the day is amazing and I can tell when she’s not there. Overall I’d recommend A Plus hospice to a friend!!

Heidi Lafferty and Desiree Bernadini were extraordary nurses and we couldnt have done without the amazing CNA Lindsey O'Brien! The social worker, Jason Yakota was amazing As well!

Amazing help when we very much needed! Kristi, Carla, and the entire team were helpful, timely, and sensitive to our feelings as we watched our poor mother suffer. They were very patient and gentle with her at her worst moments. I highly recommend A Plus to anyone struggling with a loved one on their final stage of life. The aftercare was also very helpful as we finalized and closed our mother’s ongoing connections…. Insurance, phone, accounts, etc.

The Team (nurse, nurse practitioner, assistant, and social worker) at A Plus cared for my father in a kind, compassionate and patient manner. Grateful for the lines of communication from a text, phone call or a personal visit at my dad’s bedside. I am thankful to have come to know them at a difficult time. Wow! This is a great company to work with. My mom has used them for a couple of years for home health and, when she moved in with me, she received PT and OT for a time. The staff is excellent and they were so patient with my mom. When the time came for her to receive hospice care, the transition was seamless. She was admitted to hospice and began receiving that level of care immediately. As her condition and needs changed, the level of care was increased quickly. The compassion and professionalism of the staff was top tier. They explained everything to us and took time to listen to concerns. As difficult as it is to be a caregiver and have a loved one on hospice, this experience was very positive. I cannot thank the team enough.

A Plus took care of my dad through their home health services and later hospice. It is hard to put into words of my deep gratitude for A Plus. They were diligent, reliable and they showed up for my dad and family. His nurse, Steffani, was everything! She had the hard conversations with my dad, and was so loving. It’s so hard to appropriately thank her. And to Bethany, who assisted with helping my dad bathe and change, she was diligent and educated us on how best to help him. If my dad were here he would tell these wonderful ladies thank you for their kind service and care for him. Love you A Plus. We were always in good hands with you.

Tiffany and Dr.Holland are amazing! They informed me of our options, spent time with us answering our questions, and are very personal. Having Tiffany with A plus taking care of my Mom in her last days was comforting and supportive. Dr. Holland is definitely passionate about listening and honoring choices of his patients. My heart is full of gratitude for their compassion and care for not just my Mom but me as well. 🙏😇

A Plus was amazing! The care my mom received was great! They took the time to answer any questions I had, anytime. I felt like my mom was always in good hands. The nurse Jadee always send me text messages with updates and that really gave me peace of mind knowing how my mom wad doing. I highly recommend them!

A-plus provides wonderfully, caring service for my elderly father. Their nursing staff and caregivers go above and beyond, not only caring for the physical needs of their clients, but providing friendship and companionship for elderly adults, who are often shut in. They provide compassionate, expert care, as if they were caring for their own family members. They are prompt, trustworthy, and keep you well informed. I have been impressed with all aspects of their care services, including physical therapists, and support staff.

Our family is so beyond grateful for A-Plus Hospice, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of our mother. We were nervous to put her on hospice, but once she became bed bound, we realized it was time. Our hospice aide Christina and nurse Kristi are a Godsend, they have the most loving kind hearts, and they treat our mom like their own. We instantly felt a connection. Christina comes every morning and changes her, gives her bed baths, changes sheets, makes her coffee and tidies up her room. They both kiss her goodbye every time they visit and tell her they love her. They are so patient and gentle with our mom. They also comfort me when I’m having a bad day and listen to all my personal issues. Kristi is a text or call away if we have any questions or concerns. She always keeps me informed of any new medications or if any issues arise. Our other hospice aide Lilli comes in the evening, she is so funny and is always joking around with my mom, always making her laugh. I love that! And then there is Tiffani, the chaplain, she is amazing, and we formed a connection instantly. She is so easy to talk to and makes me feel comforted. Dr. Holland and social worker Carla have amazing hearts and take the time to listen to any concerns we have. They are all very compassionate people. I love the relationships I have formed with these ladies, so blessed!! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you ALL for being so amazing and taking care of our mother.
