Had two services with this company at my mom’s house had interaction with the service guys only my experience was that both guys who performed the work were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that they did from beginning to end of the job. Also had conversations with Tami she was very polite and took the time to explain what will be done at the house. While talking to her I found she’s funny which made me very comfortable talking to her(also the two service guys).
I would like to thank them for making this experience extremely excellent.

You never want to need pest control but ICE made the process so simple. The ladies in the office were friendly and the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this team if you find yourself in need of this type of service.

The technician Haris could not of been more professional. He was awesome, polite and respectful and insightful the hole time. The only suggestion is ICE should of notified that he would be late past the time as I waited from 9am to 1pm and he came around 1.30pm. Other than that real pleased.

We called ICE for carpenter ants. Denise (office) patiently explained the treatment and booked our appointment asap. Harris (technician) was prompt, personable and professional. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbours.

Sal is knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. He is also very punctual, organized and takes his time to explain what has to be done.
He also takes time to drop the tenant's key to my work. I had used their service in the past and will strongly recommend their service. The receptionists are also very helpful and courteous. Many thanks!

Their service is undoubtedly amazing. One thing me and my family personally loved is the staff and how kind and helpful they are. From talking to someone on the phone to the actual appointment everyone was so helpful and nice, it just made the experience that much better. i would definitely recommend ICE to anyone looking because they will accommodate to your every need and make it a comfortable and smooth experience.
