Denver was the location of our superb furnace repair experience. Our furnace, which was 20 years old in our newly purchased home, failed us. That's when we reached out to Comfort Masters HVAC Service. They responded swiftly, took the time to explain the problem and our choices, and most importantly, restored our heat. The next day, they presented us with a proposal for a new Amana furnace with an excellent warranty. They also considered the option of a new AC. However, they advised us to wait until the AC also broke down, as there was no financial advantage to replacing both at the same time. A highly competent team from Comfort Masters HVAC Service installed the new furnace. The return on investment was justifiable, given that the new furnace is more efficient than the previous one. One of the major advantages of choosing Comfort Masters HVAC Service is their prioritization of customer calls. This proved to be beneficial when our AC broke down during the summer. I placed a call and within 10 minutes, their technician, Michael, was on his way to our home. In less than 30 minutes from the call, the problem was identified and our AC was once again blowing cool air. To this day, we have not replaced the AC, a testament to their integrity in not selling us something we don't need. Comfort Masters HVAC Service has proven to be fast, friendly, and honest, exceeding all our expectations.

Ever since the installation of our two furnace/AC systems five years ago, they have been performing phenomenally. The systems receive maintenance twice a year, ensuring they operate smoothly. We also appreciate the convenience of the wireless thermostats. The service provided is consistently fantastic, and all our queries are promptly addressed. Today, I was quite impressed when Isaiah, the technician, took me outdoors and showed me the extent of dirt accumulation on my two units, a result of the ongoing new home construction in the vicinity. He went a step further and demonstrated how to clean each unit. Once he finished inspecting my entire system, I was confident that the job had been done properly. Isaiah was extremely patient, explaining in detail all the work he had carried out. He even went above and beyond to accommodate a few additional requests I had, without any hesitation.
