Hired Hunt Inspections to inspect a house I'm thinking about purchasing and John walked us through the whole property providing a detailed explanation to all of his findings. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was even able to create floor plans for the home because they were not provided in the listing. Would recommend and hire this company 10/10 times

Google

20/10 experience. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous about the process and wanting to know what we were getting into. John found a lot of issues with the house and we ultimately decided to withdraw based on his assessment. Even if those glaring issues weren’t found, he was so informative throughout the process of what issues were “small fries” and what was more pressing. During his walk through with us, he gave future maintenance and repair advice, and showed us what we should be looking for. Knowledgeable, informative, thorough, honest, and most of all trustworthy. We will be using him for inspections on the next home we find. Could not recommend him enough, especially for first time buyers with limited knowledge of homes.

I will definitely be booking with John Hunt Home Inspections. I have never had an inspector like him who took the time out of his busy day to explain the home inspector to myself (realtor) & my first time home buyer. He went above and beyond. Most inspectors just inspect the home then email you a long inspection report with a bunch of things myself and my buyer barely understand.

Very knowledgeable and thorough!

We were fortunate to have Mr.Hunt of Hunt Home Inspections handle our inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also took time to explain what he was doing every step of the way. Just having his services taught me how and what to look for in any other property we may acquire in the future. He checked everything on the property and he took his time and showed genuine concern for my family’s biggest investment. We now have the necessary information to go into negotiations with full knowledge of all the hidden things that would have cost my family more than we could afford and may have impacted our financial future. Hunt Home was affordable and was willing to work with us. Thank God for Hunt Home Inspections, they helped my family make the right decisions and they will do the same for you. The Miles Family

Google

Mr. John Hunt of Hunt Home Inspections, LLC made this process a breeze. This is my first time owning a home, and I was very nervous about the many steps in the big purchase process. He was very patient and explained what each category in the process meant. He got me in pretty fast! My inspection was done in the early morning. I received my report the same day. My Report was outlined with detail, making it easy to read and understand. There were plenty of pictures and videos with proficient notes. Mr. John found things that weren’t visible to my unexperienced naked eyes. Some things were in plain sight and others places of the home I didn’t know existed. 10 out of 10 I recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
