The whole experience of purchasing and installation of our new LVP was easy, and the team at honest Fred’s was great to work with. It was a large investment for us, and we couldn’t have trusted better people to help us along the way. Throughout the process of previous floor removal, we found some issues that needed resolved before install could take place. They worked with us on schedule, and gave extra insight as well on next steps. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Your team which consisted of a father/son/daughter and a talented young man entered our home RIGHT ON TIME. I asked them to remove shoes on our carpet in front of door which they did immediately. I said its on your worksheet. The father said very politely we will have to have them on when we do the carpet. They all worked non stop. No breaks. I offered water bottles but the dad said thank you for offering,but we have all we need in our truck. We had drop cloths all over our floor because it was hard wood. That is something you could address with them for future installations. Moving furniture and repositioning it when done, the carpet and wood flooring in bath/closets was OUTSTANDING! Leah was very kind also, as well as, the man who came to measure our rooms. We definately appreciated his daughter sweeping and cleaning up she did not only in our house but garage as well.

Very helpful. Huge amount of choices. Special order items came exactly when they said. Install was set very quickly. The installation was done in a day. That was flooring and baseboards in 4 rooms. The installers worked straight thru all day. Came at 8. Done by 4. Amazing.

The installers were professional, friendly, and very helpful with getting the furniture in and out. The carpet They brought for one of the rooms was not the correct Carpet. I called the store and they immediately corrected it and sent over The right piece. It was just a misunderstanding that they corrected immediately.

The shopping experience was easy and without pressure. Flooring had to be ordered but came in and installation was scheduled in a very reasonable time. Installation was fast and done very well. We will definitely shop at Honest Fred's again for our next flooring upgrade.

Honest Fred’s should be renamed Honest Mike’s. Without a doubt the best flooring salesman I have ever dealt with. I call him every time I need a solution for a flooring issue in our rental properties and he never disappoints. I get the flooring I need when I need it. I drive from Charleston to the Parkersburg location and typically I can be loaded and back to the job before I can get someone to speak to me at a big box store. I am only giving 5 stars because I cannot give 10! Thanks again Mike.

Although it did take a long time for the project actually to begin, once all the materials were together everything went clickety-pop. Four or five guys laid down the hardwood floor in one day, with a very nice looking result. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their work.
