We had 29 windows installed. All 29 done in 1 day with almsot all outside trim work completed as well. They knocked the rest of the work out early next day.Teams showed up 15-20 mins early so they could get started on time! Professional, courteous, clean, and fast! It was like watching a well tuned machine! Also had Ben, Project Manager, pop in to check that work was done to exceed expectations. If you need work on your house, this is truly the company to choose!!! Thanks again HCR!

The Homefix Custom Remodeling crew was outstanding to work with. I never make major purchases the day of the pitch, but the deal I was given was literally too good to refuse. Before hearing the sales pitch, we had already seen at least 5 different companies build a sample roof in my living room. This was easily the best design I had seen! We choose a Biscayne Blue tile. We also required a required a ridge vent because our house was older. Initially the visual wasn’t what we expected, but the more we look at it the prettier it gets. We couldn’t be more happy with Homefix Custom Remodeling.

HCR did a great job with replacing our roof. The materials are high quality and the work (removing original roof, laying down new roof and cleaning up) was done efficiently and with great detail. Positive: Quality, Responsiveness, Value We used HomeFix Custom Remodeling to replace our windows and skylights and a sliding glass door In our home. Our house had been built back in 1989, and the windows were DRAFTY, and made our electric bill extremely high in the extreme cold or hot. Our experience began a bit rocky with the salesperson as he was new and had to keep confirming information, but the customer service people were very helpful in clearing things up. The installation was a breeze, they got all the windows in our house removed and installed in one day and they were beautiful. Then, the next day they installed the skylights. When we weren’t happy with the original skylight install, they sent a new team to replace them again and ensure we were completely happy. This company was very concerned with our approval of the work and didn’t bill us until we were completely happy. They also offer a lifetime warranty which makes the experience even better. I haven’t yet received an electricity bill, so I’m not sure of the savings, but I have noticed an obvious difference in the temperature in the home. I no longer hear every little thing outside and no longer have cold spots in my house due to the windows. If I could go back and make the choice again, I’d definitely choose this company, and I’d have chosen it sooner if I knew how much better it would be.

Also got his presentation in quick and showed me how good the quality of windows were. Installation team was quick, windows look great. During installation max Wagonblast talked me into redoing my front door. It’s a good product at a good price.

I had 12 questions you should ask a roofer before getting work done. The sales agent responded professionally and honestly. The work was done in one day. They left the yard and the flower garden cleaner than it was when they came. I definitely recommend them to anyone. I had to check the work the next day because they finished after dark.I am a very satisfied customer.

Our 20 years old home needed upgraded windows to block the heat. HCR of Richmond has installed a wonderful set of 18 premium vinyl windows with custom aluminum surrounds in just 2 days. Ben and his crew were friendly and respected our air space by wearing masks every time they came inside. Also very patient answering all of our questions. Now our house is much cooler and quieter. And our electric bill keeps going down.

Had 11 new windows installed throughout my home yesterday. I am so proud of them. Exactly what I wanted in quality, beauty & insulation. The real test will be whether I save on my heating bills this winter? My Sales Rep "Cydney" came and gave me a through demonstration of product...very professional! Installers, "George" and crew came out (in the rain) on time, cleaned-up afterwards and were out in no time after doing a great job. I would recommend Homefix windows.

From the top executive down to the foreman on the job and the individually assigned project rep, this company made us feel like VIPs and spared no courtesy or detail. High quality product and installation, extremely attentive and timely updates and responsiveness, great pricing and warranty and for the job done under what they estimated at time-wise (less than 4 full days for. 55 square roof!). Clean up was pro and follow up by foreman and project rep with photos, etc. was timely, courteous, and professionally handled.

All were very professional and courteous. Job site was left clean of all work debris. The work ethic and pride in their finished product is evident every time they have completed a project is the reason I call them first. I just got a call from a rep that said she was with this company, working on the street listed in the state listed, trying to sell me services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list since 2005. You can be fined $5000 *per occurrence* by calling people on the list. The number was from an NC exchange, so it is possible that this was simply a scammer. Edit: the company has been very good at reaching out to rectify this situation.

The sales person was very nice and I think overall they did good job. They replaced my siding and the person who did installation is very professional. However, I got a call from a person (referred himself as a VP - Mr Graham) and he was trying to collect additional $2800 on top of a very well paid amount for this project. He tried to intimidate me in all possible way without any reasonable evidence or explanation. This was only bad experience. And all my windows shattered were damaged and I have to replace all of them. Overall, still I think it was a good experience working with this company and I may consider them in future for any other home projects. Thank you

As far as I can see, the work was done well. The only complaint we have is the oil stain that was left in our driveway. However, we know that the guys came out twice to clean up the oil, but it was unsuccessful. I'm assuming that the driveway needs to be power-washed. We can’t wait to have our new door installed! When Howard came over and talked to me about their pilot program I was interested because we recently purchased our home, and the front door was awful. It was very easy to talk to Howard and Paul. Paul came over two days later and showed us all the different options. We got the door we wanted with the color we loved in the perfect style. We like that the company is Veteran owned and the 50 year warranty is an extra bonus that we appreciate. Thank you for getting us the curve appeal we wanted in our new home!

Some how I got a call from this company (Homefix )couple days ago, I believe they were just cold calling. Well I was in the market to replace the windows in the house. So I accepted the offer for a free no obligation consultation. Set up the appointment and on the day of appointment I was called to confirm the time. Lauren showed up right on time, she was very professional, explained everything to detail and asked me if I had questions at the end. Me and my wife were very satisfied with the knowledge and information she provide and I am happy to Share that we went ahead to install our windows with them, at a price that we both agree.
