He investigated the problem and explained the procedure that he will do based on my issue. The problem has not been solved yet but appreciated his thorough understanding of the problem and the step by step troubleshooting he did. The final issue was determined to be inside our house after some further troubleshooting. Next phase is part replacement. Crossing fingers that it will not be a costly repair because my AC is under warranty.

When our AC started having problems, we got a couple of quotes for AC/Furnace upgrade. Lo and behold, it started working again so a year goes by with no issue. When it finally came time to replace it, we called up Antonio again, got a new quote, booked the date and the guys came to install. We got it in time for the heatwave. During the entire inspection and service maintenance, he explained what was being done and potential possible issues in the future. In addition, he also provided tips to optimize both AC and furnace efficiency. Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my AC. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask, despite the fact that we both had one vaccine. The adjustment he made to our A/C last year showed that his adjustment was perfect. As usual, he was very friendly and very professional and quick.

A loud noise was coming from my AC after running for a few hours and the noise disappear at random time. Harry from High Efficiency came and check out the issue on the same day. Harry is very skillful and thoroughly, he went though the system and tested each possible cause of the noise, although the noise disappeared when he arrived. After a few test and inspections, he finally found the mystery noise was causing by a failing cooling coil. A recommendation was made and I am happy with the service and how Harry and the company handling the issue.
