When I had an issue come up with my thermostat, I reached out to HF as they were in Leander. I wanted to keep my business with a local company rather than some of the companies who have more of a footprint in Central, TX...I'm sure you know of the ones I'm talking about. I did this because I assumed (correctly) that they would provide great customer service. I called to make an appointment and was immediately referred to their scheduler. After giving information of what happened, she quickly made an appointment for later that day. You know when the service team gives you a 2 hour window, but always shows up after? This team didn't do it. They showed up right on team and sent a message they were on the way. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and repaired it later. After I experienced a quick snafu, I reached out and they helped me with it immediately. Cannot express how great their customer service was/is, and how RESPONSIVE they were. I'm glad to have chosen them, and will continue to do so in the future when things come up! Would highly recommend HF Mechanical Heating & Cooling.
