From our estimator (Chad) to the last member of the work team, our experience was outstanding! Antonio (project lead) was in communication with us regularly and handled questions promptly. Francisco and his work crew were diligent in doing a quality prep job and delivering an outstanding final product. Francisco was great about communicating and making sure the job was as we expected. All Helix personnel that we interacted with were highly professional. A top-notch experience and a fair price!

Positive: Quality We hired Helix to paint the entire exterior of our house and do a little carpentry work as well. We also had them paint our interior ceilings. Aside from a few minor issues, the guys did a great job and Helix was very responsive.

From start to finish very professional and I really appreciated the fabulous communication with everyone from Evan, Tony, Carlos and the lady in the scheduling office that moved my project up to meet my deadlines. Tony was great in his willingness to listen to my concerns and oversee the project with several phone calls and visits and suggestions. Carlos and his crew were great - they listened to my several requests that were outside of the project and made things look better than expected and then came back to do a few more adjustments all in a very timely manner. I truly am pleased with the final job and will be recommending Helix to friends

Anthony was the project manager and he was extremely responsive and professional. The overall crew did a great job painting - I can't see any streaking at all and the paint is even throughout the house. Because I was so on the fence about paint colors, they let me pick the color the morning of which was super helpful! After the paint job was done, Anthony let me meet him a few days for payment and to give me a few extra paint cans which was very nice and considerate. I would definitely recommend Helix Painting and Anthony to anyone looking to paint their home!

I appreciated the knowledge and advice when getting my estimate so I was choosing a paint that would cover in two coats, knew what to expect in the process and I was connected with a color consultant to help me find the color. When the team came to paint they were very thorough in prepping my space and very respectful of my home. They did the job quickly and did such a good job of cleaning that you wouldn't have known they were there expect for the new wall color. I was so impressed, I'd recommend them to anyone needing painting services.

I chose Helix Painting for my project because the bid was fair for the scope of work required and because of the 5 star, A+ BBB rating. Everyone I had contact with from the office personnel, the estimator and the project supervisor was very courteous and professional. The 3-man crew was well-organized, cheerful, and responsive to my questions. They consulted with me and the project supervisor before proceeding with any changes to my original request. I was amazed by how efficient they were. I was scheduled for 2 1/2-3 days for my project and they were able to finish in 2 days. My walls, trim, and doors look great. I will definitely use them again.

Helix Painting completed an interior paint job for us that included four bedrooms, a study and a bathroom and it turned out amazing! We also had a wall they needed to retexture due to some old patterns and they fixed it up so you can't see the damage anymore. The crew was lead by Michael and our Project Manager was Evan - everyone was great to work with! The crew was very respectful as I asked them to wear their masks the whole time and I never saw any of them with it off when I checked in on them. The communication with Helix was much better than the other companies I received quotes from. I highly recommend them if you need painting done!

We have older but very solid wood cabinets, that needed to be updated. We spent about 10% of new cabinets to paint ours and make them look brand new. I will use Helix painting again for our next paint project. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job painting our kitchen cabinets.
