They did a great job, I had a fairly large project, they painted entire interior of my house. Very professional outfit with great communication the entire job. Ondrej, the PM walked me thru everything, made sure it was all clear and answered my questions I had one wall that was particularly tricky and they put in the time to make it look great. We hired Helix painting because our deck needed a major re-facing after 5 years. I was skeptical that they could get our deck looking good but we took a chance. From the initial meeting, they were nothing but professional. Chad and Ondrej walked me through the whole process, which was very comforting. On the day of the work I met the crew and the crew lead Rigo to discuss my concerns - we just had a huge patio installed with pavers and I did not want it damaged.They assured me that they would take care of patio and get the work done. I commend the workers for the attention to detail in taping off and covering/protecting my patio as well as my house. When the work was completed, I was in awe as they exceeded my expectations in covering my deck. I can’t believe that they got my deck to look as good as it does.

I had the best experience with Helix Painting! When Chad came over to give me an estimate, I got the estimate on the spot didn’t have to wait, and he Left me with all documentation for references licensing, Contacts etc.
Dionne, The project manager kept everyone on the same page as rain was a factor.
The best part was the crew that worked here for two days. Agustine and his crew were very professional, greeted me with a smile when I had a question, did a great job with painting and clean up!! Definitely five star!

I cannot say enough good things about Helix Painting. It all started with Erica who gave me an accurate and detailed quote. The job was scheduled and the office staff kept me informed as to the start of the project and what was expected. When the day came to paint my house, Ondrej, the project manager, contacted me to perform an initial walk around and let me know who was going to paint my house. Helix first pressure washed my house to ensure it was clean prior to starting the paint process. I have a 3,700 sq ft house. The prep work and painting took 4 days. Ondrej was in contact with me throughout the project and I met with him several times to see if I had any questions about the work being done. The painters, Delmar and Steve were terrific. Considering the weather was in the 90s during project, Delmar and Steve worked tirelessly to ensure the work was done professionally and with care. After the painting was completed, Delmar and Steve cleaned up the area around the house and left the area spotless. At the conclusion of the project, I met with Ondrej to do a final walk around to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Helix Painting.

Helix just completed our entire interior (walls, trim, ceilings, doors and three vanity cabinets). It was a big job, but from start to finish, we are so glad we found Helix. We just had the exterior of our house painted by Helix and are really pleased with the results. It looks fantastic!! Everyone we worked with was super friendly, helpful, prompt, and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your painting needs. We had Kevin out to do an estimate, and we really liked how thorough he was. We knew that we probably needed some siding boards replaced, and he did such a thorough inspection, that he gave us the estimate including exactly which replacement boards needed to be included. We got estimates from 3 companies. Helix was right in the middle price-wise, but we really liked how thorough the estimate was - we felt like there wouldn't be any surprises once the work started, so that's initially how we decided to go with them. Scheduling with Bailee was a breeze - she was super friendly and understanding when our HOA was taking a while to get back to us with color approval. Then once the work started we could tell we were in good hands with our PM Erica, and with Saul and his crew. We were totally blown away by Saul and his crew's work - they finished our entire exterior in one day! It looks like a totally different house. Saul walked around the house with us at the end of the day to make sure we didn't see any touch ups that we would like. And then Saul and Erica were both there for the final walkthrough - they answered any final questions we had and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Really pleased with the whole experience!

My experience with Helix was excellent from start to finish. Helix gave us a fair price. Scheduling was easy and they showed up exactly when promised. From the start Helix was just amazing. We had to move our date do to some hail damage, and needing a new roof. They were so kind about it. The paint job is so great. Very professional and detailed.

Wonderful experience. From Chad (sales) , Lex project manager and the entire hardworking crew Uriel, Abel, Jose and Gerberto. We had the exterior wood stained not a small job. Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service, communication, punctuality and professionalism of all involved. My questions were answered immediately. We will most definitely being using Helix Painting again. Thank you so much the house looks amazing

I would give Helix 100 stars. From the quote to the our fantastic project manager, I would absolutely recommend Helix. They came early and the team went above and beyond. The finished work is beautiful. These projects are not always easy but Helix was amazing and so easy to work with. I would hire them again without hesitation.

From beginning to end, working with Kevin, Dylan, and Edwin was super easy. All of them were super responsive, informative, and knowledgeable about what would work best for our house. He answered all my questions, even after our initial appointment. *****, my project manager, made me feel very comfortable and explained all that would happen. ***** oversaw his team with professionalism that was evident in the final project. They are so professional in every way. I have nothing bad to say, so let's just jump in.
They are great about communication, through email, text, and phone calls. They are prompt and efficient. They gave us an approximate time frame for starting the project and finishing date. They started ahead of schedule, and they called and emailed to verify the start date. The walk through was quick and we got lots of great info as far as what they were going to do, what was included, etc. They started on an afternoon and worked until after 7, the painters were courteous, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were good and patient with my animals, deliveries, and other interruptions. The team got our home done in 2 days. The follow up after the house was painted was remarkable as well. They did another walk through, pointed out some places that needed touch up (we didn't notice most), and got that taken care of as promised. Amazing service, they beat every other quote by literally thousands of dollars. They work with homes in HOA 's, so our paint needs were met with no issue, color and brand. Our neighbors were complimenting us for a week after it was done. I almost wish I had more houses that needed painting.
