GoogleGoogleI needed to have my water heater check out due to low hot water pressure through out my home. The technicians were on schedule and friendly. After explaining to them what I have been experiencing from the last storm between the boiler and water heater we then began our journey to check things out. We then talked in detail about causes, next steps to eliminate the problem, my questions answered, other things that can help my situation better in the long run and pricing. The techs were knowledgeable and polite. We also talk about service plans which I (mom) didn’t have and the price was good for the year. All in all I had a great experience and the techs was a pleasure to work with and will be a big part in my decision making on getting the work done.

After Mario cleaned my boiler and recommended further work, Serge and Diego came at my convenience and re-lined my chimney and did the power flush. Expensive (as all companies are) but they worked quickly and cleaned up. I would recommend Heatspan.
