What a blessing Scott is. I stumbled upon him while trying to figure out what I had to do to change my 85-year-old mother's healthcare coverage. Scott was readily available to do a phone/zoom call with my mom and me. He explained the programs, showed comparisons and helped my mom make an educated decision to get rid of Kaiser once and for all! I had attended my mother's medical appointments and was appalled to see, for myself, exactly what my mom had been experiencing while with Kaiser for the past 10 years. Scott got my mom moved over to SCAN within 2 weeks successfully, without any problems. My mother had been complaining about a backache for the past +6 months. Kaiser had seen that she had a kidney infection but did nothing about it. When mom, freely, went into ER (non-Kaiser Hosp), due to severe backpain, it was discovered that some of that pain is due to the kidney infection Kaiser refused to treat. Scott, I never want to be without you! Thank you thank you thank you! Now my stepdad wants to change out of Kaiser! He didn't believe that it could be so easy...but only with your help, Scott! I recommend all children of aging parents speak with Scott. Learn what you don't know from a professional.
