I honestly don’t know where to start, I was involved in a life changing accident last year that left me Physically and mentally disabled. Originally I had hired an attorney that I was recommended but sadly they had done nothing for me while at the same time I had to battle my insurance company for my benefits, I spent a whole 11 months getting basically no help or even answers from my previous attorney or the insurance company. I was beginning to give up until Mike took over, I couldn’t believe that amount of work he was getting done and all the different routes he was taking to get me what I deserved. My previous attorney basically did nothing for me while Mike right off the bat started helping me with everything from Wage loss benefits to medical transportation and he actually cares. Mike always checks up with me on the daily just to see how I’m doing while at the same time mailing/emailing copies of everything he’s done on my case so I’m actually updated on what’s going on with my case instead of just being in the dark like I was with my previous attorney. My previous attorney wasn’t even available to answer my calls, texts, or emails while Mikes basically been available 24/7, I’ve sent Mike texts in the middle of the night and gotten direct responses. He’s done more for me in a month than my previous attorneys did in a year and we’ve basically just started. I can actually wholeheartedly focus on getting better now that I don’t have to stress about everything else involved in the case other than going to my Doctors appointments and therapies. I wish I would have had him in my corner since the start because I honestly believe I wouldn’t have gone through the hell I went through if he was my attorney from the beginning, insurance companies will try to bully you and other Attorneys just don’t care but Mike actually cares and does not let that happen he fights for you. I had tons of stress throughout last year basically felt powerless until I met Mike. Personally if you want an Attorney who cares for you and will fight to the end to get everything you deserve go with my man Michael Oblizajek!!
