This place was phenomenal. The staff was amazing. Facilities were clean. The cooks were both excellent and personable. From the pickup at the Boston airport until they dropped me off at rehabilitation center in Quincy I felt like a king. All of the doctors were great as well. They really made my detox experience comfortable and they were extremely patient.

I went through the program in August of 2019. The admissions dept spent alot of time with me on the phone. I was at the bottom of a bottle of Southern Comfort and needed help. Mike in admissions was great and convinced me to go there. Even though it was out of network for my health insurance. The stay was superb and the staff extremely compassionate to my needs. Everyone was great, food was awesome, great balance of therapy,free time and medical care. I have been sober since August 12,2019! Not even a drop. I went to a local hospital for aftercare which also helped greatly.

Pine Tree made my Detox and recovery a pleasure from my Alcohol addiction. With five star housing and there counseling and finding the right medication to help me transition from my addiction, great one on one counseling as well as group counseling with people that had the same problem as I had it was like being with family five star meals daily, nice private rooms I thank pine Tree they did the impossible for me something that I thought could not be done.

I was at my very lowest and someone I love very much recommended Pine Tree; I went not knowing if it was detox or residential. Pine Tree picked me up, checked me in for medically assisted alcohol withdrawal and detox. The staff was amazing, compassionate, caring, accommodating and kind. They recommended Immersion Recovery for me to continue residential treatment in Florida and I agreed no questions asked because Pine Tree was so great. I trusted anything they told me and am continuing my treatment here based on my experiences and their program. I have been involved in treatment several times because of relapses and Pine Tree/Immersion has been the best program I’ve ever know. I am on track for long term recovery; I think it’s magical!
