Gary is a total pro. I’m a pretty handy person but there are certain things you need to call a professional for. Gary is very knowledgeable, just talking to him I learned some things.

The Grout Grouch. My tiled floor really showed it’s age. Brian made it look like a new floor. Even though he hit a snag in the process Brian honored the original contract and went out of his way to complete the job. He is very professional and stands by his work. We were so happy with the results we had him come back to do another project. I highly recommend him.

The Grout Grouch is a highly professional and skilled provider of tile repair and rejuvenation services. All services and interactions were friendly, open and clear in communications. Service costs were generally within or below market price however the quality of the services exceeded the rate charged. The work was done on time. Would definitely use again and gladly recommend to other potential customers.

I'm over 60 years old and have never posted a review until now. The whole process of hiring Gary to do tile work on our bathroom reminded me of how it used to be years ago, although some things have changed with the times. I called to set-up an appointment to receive an estimate and an answering service picked up the phone. I thought to myself, this isn't going to go very well. I provided my information to a very pleasant young lady and she set-up the appointment for Gary to come to my house to give us a free estimate. I still had my doubts based on previous experience with other contractors, but let me tell you what happened next.

I got a text message the day before to confirm the appointment. Gary showed up right on time. He provided us with a detailed estimate of his
recommendations for this project. I should tell you that we did get one estimate before the Grout Grouch. Nothing in writing, just a guesstimate (not very reassuring). We understand that even with an estimate, things can change do to unforeseen developments.

We decided to go with Gary. He put us on his schedule to start the job. The day before our scheduled appointment we got another text confirming the time. Just as before, he showed up right on time. When he completed the job, the price remained the same as quoted.

So to recap. Gary came when scheduled to provide an estimate, was right on time to perform the work, completed the job when he said he would and the price remained as was quoted. You just don't find this kind of service anymore. We are very pleased with the professionalism, the tile work done and the price quoted. We highly recommend Gary of Grout Grouch.

Gary came to look at the bathroom job and gave an estimate and explained all scenarios of why the job could cost a little more than the written quote. Gary did an amazing job removing/replacing existing tiles, put in new sheet rock. The cost was exactly what he quoted and my bathroom/shower looks like brand new again! I highly recommend Grout Grouch for any tile job. Gary is knowledgeable, professional and does beautiful work!

Gary did a great job with the bathroom tile. Our tile was popping off the wall due to moisture. His estimate was fair and he followed through with every detail of the job. He gave us advice about picking out the right tile and explained exactly what needed to be done. He arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly. He even kept dust and dirt to a minimum. He did a few extra things like filed in little holes and removed unneeded wood. Gary is professional, reliable, friendly and he knows what he’s doing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Outstanding grouting job! The Grout Grouch team were responsive, efficient, thorough and methodical in repairing the joints in our fifteen year old master bathroom floor. I wanted to let anyone who is thinking of regrouting any tiled surface in the house to get Grout Grouch to do the job. I called Gary and arranged for an appointment at 9:00AM. The doorbell rang at 9:00AM and Gary was right on time. He went into my shower to assess the job and came up with a few issues that needed to be resolved where the tile was loose. He then gave me a very fair quote that was quite less than others we had received. We scheduled Gary to come in the next week and he was right on time with his equipment in hand. Gary put down tarps so no dust got on the floor where he was working. During the start of the job he found a row of bottom tiles that were water soaked and the sheetrock behind was soaked as well. Gary removed all tiles and replace the sheetrock that was soaked with cement sheetrock and proceeded to complete the grout replacement work. I can honestly say that it looks like a new shower after Gary completed his work. He cleaned up and was out in 4 hours. I would highly recommend Gary and the grout Grouch Company for any of your recaulking/regrouting needs. He is a professional and a very nice man to deal with. There was never any sales pressure that I really appreciate! If I had another bathroom to do I would have Gary the Grout Grouch handle it.

Called Grout Grouch for and estimate to regrout my Bathroom. Spoke to Gary had a nice conversation and quoted me a fair price for he work. The morning that he did the work he called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was coming. That was really helpful and appreciated. He worked for about 4 hours and left the bathroom very clean, and no mess in the house. Gary certainly takes his business serious and is very good at what he does. Our tile looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Grout Grouch services.

We had our shower grout cleaned and repair. Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and very clean while working. Grout creates lots of dust but he kept the room clean as he worked. He also had to do a repair on the shower wall from water getting behind tiles, in which he was able to save and reuse the tiles we had. Very professional!! I definitely will recommend him to our friends.

Gary was at my daughters house and spent well over 3 hours removing and replacing defective tiles and regrouting them. He also discovered and replaced a bad section of plasterboard, Removed & replaced new plasterboard and the tiles. Daughter came home and thought her bath room was new. Beautiful work. Highly recommended.

A few of my shower tiles were loose. Gary removed the loose tiles, cut out the old sheet rock, installed new cement board and the original tiles and matched the existing grout color perfectly. Beautiful job at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with his work and would highly recommend.

We needed the hardwood floor in our powder room removed and replaced with tile. Brian did an excellent job, no damage occurred to existing trim work during removal of hardwood. Tom did an excellent job re-grouting and re-caulking two tiled showers and sealing a pebble stone shower floor. Very neat lines, everything looks terrific like brand new, was able to clean up some discoloration, cleaned up completely after job. Professional and timely. There are no words to describe how amazing Grout Grouch services are. My 91 year old bathroom was brought back to its original beauty by Gary and Tom. The mint green tiles were cleaned and regrouted. Numerous broken tiles were removed and replaced with great results. The mosaic floor had rust stains removed and looks amazing. It was a very difficult job and they did it quickly and with complete professionalism. Highly recommended and I will surely use them again.
