We were denied an insurance claim for our roof back in October 2021. Our roofing contractor recommended Grasso Public Adjusters to help us through the process. Their professionalism and constant communication through the process (which took 15 months due to the insurance company's multiple denials) was second to none. A shout out to Lauren, she talked to me on the phone as the process dragged out. They stayed on it for a year to get my claim settled. Kept me updated the entire time and never gave up. Lauren was amazing and easy to deal with. They do exactly what they said they will do and they don’t give up. A shout out to Lisa, she was great to explain the process and answer any questions. Dallas Bretz was involved as well, even though I never talked to her, she kept the updates coming. I highly recommend their services! Great group, treated the claim like it was their personal claim.
