I stopped by after experiencing problems with my transmission while towing my large boat from Key West back to Sebastian. I limped into the shop, where I was helped by Jesse. I have previously worked at an outboard repair shop in Miami as a service manager, and I could tell that Jesse was competent, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. He sent me to their main repair facility that could accommodate my boat in the event that my truck needed an extended stay. (Which it did). The shop was well run and you could eat off the polished slab. I’m not sure if this place was the least expensive place to get my transmission rebuilt, but I feel that I was in very good hands, and that my rebuilt transmission is better now than it was when the truck rolled off the assembly line. Jesse stayed in touch with me through the entire process and my truck was ready in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends. This is the boat I was towing.

I came in for a rear differential rebuild and Gold coast transmission wasted no time getting to work. Jesse kept me informed throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with all parts of the process. I really felt at ease upon speaking to Jesse and was extremely comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their hands. In the end I received my repaired vehicle in just a few days and I even received a warranty on the work preformed which was a really nice surprise. I will certainly be back for my next project.

Jessie is wonderful. I have had my transmission done there and now my alternator. When warranty wanted to replace with used parts or cheap parts he worked with me. He won't do crap work.

These guys were fantastic. My 2000 corvette would not shift out of park and I was 250 miles from home. They quickly diagnosed that my shift cable was broken. They ordered a cable from Chevy. The manager actually drove to the dealer and picked the part up personally and they installed it that day. I was back on the road the same day with everything working correctly. The manager was on top of the situation. The Techs were knowledgeable and competent. Very customer friendly place. I can't thank them enough.

My vehicle was repaired properly and although I got ,what was considered a reduction in cost (4 hours taken off the labor cost),,it was still a large cost(5200) to pay for a repair of my vehicle for a reduction in the warranty. The warranty reduction was not told to me until the retrieval/payment for my vehicle. 12 months/12000 miles as compared to the 24 months/24000 miles. The extended warranty was one of the reasons I selected Gold Coast and to not have that was a disappointment.

The car is running fine now and yes, Hamilton kept me informed of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Time will tell if Gold Coast will stand behind these repairs to my vehicle 🚜

Update: Repaired again for Bushings in the rear. Richard was timely with his analysis and my vehicle took about 7 business days to repair ( 3 business days to wait on the parts) which was satisfactory. The vehicle runs great 👍🏾
