Great quality, Great people, Great Prices

Review:

With the cost of lumber sky rocketing, the dream of owning a shed was becoming difficult. Thankfully, I came across a Facebook ad for this location selling Heritage Structures. Previously, I had spoken to another distributor of Heritage and received barely any customer service. This ad had me hopeful for a different interaction/outcome. This was night and day! From start to finish this company answered all my calls and questions. Their responsiveness is top notch. The shed was not outrageously priced, and I was more than comfortable with my purchase. The quality of the shed is also incredible and beats those that can be purchased at your big-box stores. Their team was incredible with the communication regarding delivery and assisted with securing the permit from the town. The delivery day came as expected, and they left little to no marks on the lawn. The delivery guy even took the time to ensure the shed was left level. Impressed by the entire transaction is an understatement. They even threw in a sample of maple syrup from their store. Truly wonderful people! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed!

The experience I had with Gigglin'Pig makes me wish I could buy a shed every week. From the friendly personal to the final drop off was outstanding. As for the price there was nothing even close for what we got. Next closest price was thousands of dollars away. I can not say enough great things about them. She helped design the perfect shed, made all the arrangements for delivery and provided fantastic support to get me just what I wanted. Shed quality is impressive and service impeccable. My husband and I decided after a number of years to replace our old family room furniture with a whole new look. After shopping around Rochester in all furniture stores for a few months, we were disappointed in both the high prices and quality of construction in what we saw. We were looking for a store where we could pick out all of the furniture in one place, coordinate colors with assistance in interior decorating and find well-crafted furniture made in the USA. We found the whole package at the Gigglin’ Pig and couldn’t be happier! Jennifer was great to work with. As we were picking out various pieces, looking at fabric, she would provide very honest advice on what might work or not work. Any questions, customer service has been outstanding. We also picked out a gorgeous kitchen table and chairs hand crafted by the Amish. The delivery of all pieces was handled very professionally with care. Since then everyone who comes to visit raves about our new room. We couldn’t be happier and will be back in future!

We have purchased furniture and housewares from the Gigglin Pig as long as they have been in business and have always been very happy. Recently, we ordered our first special order item and had it custom made for a small nook off our kitchen. Chris was extremely patient with us and worked with the builder answering some very detailed questions on measurements. When the jelly cabinet arrived, the quality was the usual, outstanding!! It fit perfectly and it was exactly what I had envisioned. This is my go-to place for that “special piece”. You cannot get professionalism, customer service, quality or custom built furniture like this anywhere. I highly recommended this family owned business! Gigglin Pig, you deserve a 10 star rating!!!

Beautiful shed with a front porch. The furniture in their store is beautiful and I plan on shopping there soon. We have been long time customers of Gigglin' Pig -- very satisfied with every experience. This time they helped us out tremendously in our bathroom remodel. Special thanks to Jennifer for helping us to select and customize our bathroom vanity and mirror. We weren't originally expecting them to have bathroom items, but took a chance and asked as we love the quality of their products.

The original cabinet was a center mount sink with left and right side drawers and a center faux drawer. We needed the sink on the righthand side. Now we have a very lovely righthand mounted sink with an extra large left side drawer and faux right side drawer.

They found the coordinating mirror from a different Gigglin Pig vendor who was able to match the finish on the cabinet.

The Gigglin' Pig is a gem. Christine, owner, was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. She was patient and knowledgeable. Delivery was made by members of her family. They all were friendly and respectful of our home.
The mission oak furniture we chose is not only visually very appealing, but crafted beautifully.
I had been to several other furniture stores. The salesmen, if not unhelpful, were downright rude. Christine, and her family were a refreshing and welcome change.
We will be Gigglin' Pig customers from now forward.
