We cannot speak more highly of the quality and dedication of the Gibson Marine team!
Our project was extremely complicated due to:
a) extraordinary engineering of tie-backs to maximize space to facilitate positioning of pool within 1 inch of the existing seawall,
b) relatively large increase in elevation of seawall to accommodate a new lot drainage plan, and
c) construction of long side lot concrete returns to seawall (also in accordance with new drainage plan).
Tolerances for all aspects were within fractions of an inch. Gibson took on a challenge that other firms had walked away from.
Mike and Eric were intimately and actively involved from planning through construction. They were amazingly helpful, together with Greg, in guiding their hard-working and friendly construction crew through the complexities and nuances to deliver the perfection that was demanded.
As was to be expected with a project this complex, there were, of course, a couple of curveballs that came during the construction process itself. But this is where the Gibson team really proved their agility as a dimension of their best-in-class ability as a genuinely trustworthy service provider...they calmly and methodically simply made the adjustments required to hit the home run that we were striving for to help fulfill our vision!
