This shop was a life saver, I called 2 shops before I had called GB and they helped me IMMENSELY also drove me home in my own vehicle 15 minutes away because I didn’t have a ride. My rotor and break pads were METAL ON METAL I took my car in on a whim at 11am on Friday with a it might get finished today or it might not.. respectable people and helped with the price as well

I can’t say enough good things about GB Service Centers and the incredible job they did on my Tesla. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and far exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the body repair work was absolutely top-tier. My car looks flawless, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. On top of the exceptional workmanship, I was blown away by how fast the turnaround time was.

A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to the owner, Steve Gaines, whose customer service is nothing short of impeccable. Steve was incredibly attentive, flexible with scheduling, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. He kept me informed every step of the way, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was handled with care and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but genuinely cares about his customers — and Steve embodies both.

The pricing was also very fair and transparent, which made the whole process even better.

Recently, my Check engine light came on in my car. It seemed to be running fine, just a few “misses” when I accelerated. I thought, let me get a head start diagnostic on it and see what’s up. 🤔🤌(Make is a 2011 Mercedes) I took it to a very well known (chain) local automotive shop for a full scan and diagnostic. 3 hrs later I was hit with an extensive amount of repairs adding up to over 6K!! (Shocker!) OH HELL NO!! Fast forward....Then I Met Steve, owner of GB Auto and Sales on Deer Valley and 23rd ave. Not only did he diagnose my car in under 1 hr. He disclosed that most of the items on the list were of no issue. Just needed a new battery, spark plug replacement and a few other minor items. He also discovered one of my wheels were bent causing my car to pull left (which I did notice) funny, THAT simple find wasn’t even disclosed on my first report.🤯
He completed all repairs, IN 1 DAY, including wheel repair, alignment, and even threw in 2 new front tires (needed)
All for a FRACTION of the original quote! 👀😮
My car is running like brand new!
Not only is Steve a fantastic dude, his whole staff were so amazing and kind! Even gave it a nice carwash before picked it up! I know searching and finding a reputable, honest mechanic can be brutal. Hopefully you will choose Steve and staff for all of your future automotive concerns…

I called on a Saturday afternoon, because my driver side power window suddenly stopped working. They told me I could bring it in and they'd see what they could do to get it to close until I could make a permanent repair, since it's about 118 degrees today! Once I got there, they were so accommodating and made every effort to squeeze me in, because there was no way to do a temporary fix. They rushed in the part that I needed and although they warned me it would be a bit of a wait, due to the short notice, they were able to get my repair done, same day. Everyone there was very kind and friendly and hospitable! My favorite part was hanging out and petting the cute office dogs! They were transparent with their pricing, even showed me the price for the parts and I am grateful that they helped me out in a pinch! Thanks guys!

I am the owner of this store. The technicians at this facility are from the big dealers and are very experienced. They can handle most everything from Engine diagnostics to Engine replacement. My wife and myself get out vehicles serviced here. Oil changes, tires, we got our window tint. It really has blessed us. They also have financing options to pay for service work. It was fantastic. I recommend this service department, because they’re quick, good, and always professional. Darren is the service manager, and he always goes above and beyond with our vehicles. This is the place to get your vehicles serviced. They are family owned and operated business. American owned and they have veterans working in all departments. They also sell cars! It’s a dealership with a service and bodywork dept.
