The staff member was friendly. He made sure to check each case to make sure the item was in it and correct and informed us of the return policy as well as asking if we had an account. Decent selection of items depending on what you’re looking for.

I have bought from them and sold to them and the experience was always great! Staff members are knowledgeable and if they could not find the answer, they would look it up. Prices are also very reasonable! I advise going to gain the world by the college mall!

Absolutely love this store! I mainly come in to check out their Funko Pop selection, and it never disappoints. Everything is neatly displayed and organized by show/genre, which makes browsing super easy. On my last visit, I was thrilled to find Pikachu, Raichu, and Alolan Raichu—all lined up together and all ones I’d been searching for to complete my collection! Even better, they had a buy two, get one free deal on Funko Pops, so I walked out with an awesome bargain. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Plus, they even hand out a freezer treat when you make a purchase, which is such a fun touch! Overall, every visit here is a great experience. Gameworld has definitely become a must-stop spot whenever I’m in the area.

I always have a great experience at this store no matter if I'm shopping or just looking around Spencer and the rest of the crew are just really great people and employees that make you feel welcome as a guest and as a customer thay treat you like a friend and the game world store itself the way it's laid out literally reminds of a really place happy time from my childhood of a similar establishment that had the same look but went by a different name when I lived in Bradenton Florida called electronic gaming and this place game world definitely takes me back to that wonderful time of my life it's like stepping in the past and going back in time during one of the most happiest moments of my life. And I'd like to leave a special thanks to Spencer the store manager who I don't just see as game world manager or employee but also as a friend Who is very thoughtful and kind who greets me at the door with a smile and holds the door open for me because he knows that I have difficulty with doors because I'm an wheelchair thank you Spencer for all your help and for making me feel like a valued customer Go game world game on 😜👍

I love Game World. They're one of the best local game shops I've had the pleasure of going to for years, including buying and selling games. I especially want to give shout-outs to Alan and Virgil, as their friendly faces are the ones I recognize and look for every time I visit, since they've worked there for as long as I've been shopping at GW. They're never shy about asking if I need help or teaching me more about the games I love. I keep hoping GW will host a booth at the ITCE each August. Maybe 2025 will be the year!
