I called in GAD after my nearly new AC system failed to work. A team responded that day and the issue was found to be more complex than thought. With two technicians on site, the owner Gerard and yet another technician responded.
Gerard and his lead technician started the process of evaluating the issue .
My air handler is installed in the crawl space with challenging access to the unit. All of the work was done in less than desirable conditions.
They determined that my system was not installed and wired correctly resulting in the system shorting out and causing multiple component failures.
The needed parts were ordered and obtained the next day ! The parts were replaced , the unit was rewired and made operational.
After having to wait for a warm day, Gerard returned yesterday to test the unit to be sure it was running correctly. He addressed some issues with the unit outside and got the system up and running correctly.
I feel fortunate to have found such a highly skilled and responsive company.
Antoinette runs and manages the office and appointments. She responds immediately and calls to follow up and keep you advised as to when to expect the team . A true pleasure to work with.
Gerard and his on site team are highly skilled, excellent in communicating , responsive and tenacious.

I have used GAD A few times over the past few years. They are always extremely quick to resolve issues that I have had to both boiler and HVAC units. In the past with other people I have called for service, GAD Has always been very honest whether it be with service needed and cost. They’ve always given me pointers on how to keep things running smoothly and explain to me what needs to be done. It’s by far the best service provider I have found in Dutchess county. I have and will suggest them to whomever I come across that needs a straight shooting service provider.

The boiler in my daughter & son-in-law's house cracked and became totally unusable. My daughter has a toddler and has another on the way, so a house with no heat in a NY winter is undoable.

I called Gerard at GAD Air and asked if he could help us out after Petro (my daughter has a service contract with them...) only offered serious delays in providing when they could make an offer on a boiler replacement.

Gerard wasted no time in offering to help out. He quickly came up with a quote and performed a miracle in shuffling his already busy schedule to get my daughter's house up and running.

Definitely earns the 5 stars, and my 2 thumbs up. I wish I had more than just 2 thumbs, but that's all I have...

GAD Air is incredibly professional and reliable. I've used them to install a forced air heat pump and AC unit as well as install new duct work since the original installer poorly designed our system. Our house is perfectly cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to their great job. I couldn't recommend them more.

I love this company. On a very hot day our AC broke and we had company staying. I called and they were booked for the day but when I told them the situation, they came right over. I thought we needed a new unit but they were able to repair it and save us lots of money.

I highly recommend GAD. Gerard and his team were very prompt, professional, and friendly. They got us a new a/c unit and installed it during a summer heat wave. Very attentive to our problem and kept in contact with us. Antoinette was also very helpful when I called on the phone.
