GoogleGerry and Tony were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had to replace an AC system and repair a second one. They are extremely responsive, the work was performed perfectly, and at the estimated cost, not a penny more. There was zero mess or clean up after they were done.

GoogleI called in GAD after my nearly new AC system failed to work. A team responded that day and the issue was found to be more complex than thought. With two technicians on site, the owner Gerard and yet another technician responded. Gerard and his lead technician started the process of evaluating the issue . My air handler is installed in the crawl space with challenging access to the unit. All of the work was done in less than desirable conditions. They determined that my system was not installed and wired correctly resulting in the system shorting out and causing multiple component failures. The needed parts were ordered and obtained the next day ! The parts were replaced , the unit was rewired and made operational. After having to wait for a warm day, Gerard returned yesterday to test the unit to be sure it was running correctly. He addressed some issues with the unit outside and got the system up and running correctly. I feel fortunate to have found such a highly skilled and responsive company. Antoinette runs and manages the office and appointments. She responds immediately and calls to follow up and keep you advised as to when to expect the team . A true pleasure to work with. Gerard and his on site team are highly skilled, excellent in communicating , responsive and tenacious. I just went to post another review and realized this one never posted from a year ago !

GoogleI have used GAD A few times over the past few years. They are always extremely quick to resolve issues that I have had to both boiler and HVAC units. In the past with other people I have called for service, GAD Has always been very honest whether it be with service needed and cost. They’ve always given me pointers on how to keep things running smoothly and explain to me what needs to be done. It’s by far the best service provider I have found in Dutchess county. I have and will suggest them to whomever I come across that needs a straight shooting service provider.

I called Gerard at GAD Air and asked if he could help us out after Petro (my daughter has a service contract with them...) only offered serious delays in providing when they could make an offer on a boiler replacement. Gerard wasted no time in offering to help out. He quickly came up with a quote and performed a miracle in shuffling his already busy schedule to get my daughter's house up and running. Even before they knew what the problem was, Gerard and team set up commercial electric heaters in my house to ensure that my family and I will be warm for the coming cold front. No other company has ever done that!!! Right at the initial appointment, it was very reassuring to have very knowledgeable technicians to work with on getting my HVAC replaced. Gerard took the time to explain to me what went wrong and what he was proposing to do. He and his team were very polite, punctual and very professional. Gerard patiently explained what he was doing and also gave us sound tips on how to properly maintain and care for our new system. GAD Air was also very transparent with fees.
