Almost 2 years ago I wanted to purchase a house near me. Judi came to my house to help me make an offer and discussed how this purchase might work. At the time, the house was vacant and not in good condition, but it is nearby and has a good deal of land. With further research, Gabler Realty realized that there was a pending foreclosure on the property and it would probably take some time. They always kept me updated with the progress on the purchase and they also led me to good lawyers that were helpful and not over priced. After working with this company, they helped with all of the details to make the purchase possible. About a week ago I was able to close on the property!!! I couldn't have done any of this without Judi Gabler and her staff . I will always recommend Gabler Realty to anyone who is trying to buy a house. Thank you for everything !
