I would like to share my experiences with potential Patients.
I had many stressful experiences with previous Dentists who promoted themselves as an expert in "Dental Implants". Unfortunately, lots of sales pitch, not enough knowledge.
I'm resident of Las Vegas for the past 10 years. I meet several Doctors who's a very good salesmen/women. Unfortunately, doesn't have enough knowledge to do Dental Implants. The result of it, I did a lot of research.
I also come across G4 BY GOLPA. I setup an appointment for consultation. Based on my previous experiences, I was very anxious. The Office was very tastefully done. Clearly looking out to care for Patients comfort. The Staff was very pleasant. I meet several employees of GOLPA. I was asked how I would like to be called. They show me several styles of teeth, several shade of colors we Patients have a chance to choose from. X-ray was taken. After a petite Lady come in to the room. She introduced herself. She was Dr. Anna. We talked. She was very upfront and straightforward. She also ask me if I have any questions. I don't felt pressured. I felt this mustbe a doctor I can trust.
Before I left, I got all the necessary information & paperwork given to me, which needed to get ready for my surgery. Also, the prices. I also needed a complete sinus lift.
The day of my surgery the Doctor's office made arrangement for me to get in to the office. I was scared. But I felt I'm in good hands. The surgery went well. This office was also made arrangements for me to get a Lady take me home & stay with me for 4 hours to be make sure I'm OK. Before we Patients discharge, we all getting a care package. Which includes things the Patients need after surgery. Like ice pack, pain medications, juice, protein shake, and such as needed, also instuctions.
I'm shearing my experience here, so Patients can see how well this office treats Patients.
I would also like to talk about my personal experience with Dr.Anna. She puts Patient's needs first. HER QUALITY of PATIENTS CARE IS SUPERIOR. What not well enough for her, is not well enough for her Patients
(Dentures & Implants). She have very high expectations to get the best quality of work delivered to Patients. Her Team is well trained and professional. My experiences is very positive every time I'm going into this Office.
The job done for me is very natural. I have been told I'm having very nice teeth by people who don't know I'm having an Inplants.
I hope my feedback is helping for potential patients.
My background is Healthcare, so I know my expectation is high.

G4 is an experience that is priceless. They have a wonderful staff. Mrs. Gina is very understanding of what a smile means to customers in need of teeth. I’ve went to so many dentist being a military spouse never have they took their time to help you reach your goal to a new smile. I have witnessed for myself how they have changed people lives. I really want to be the spokesperson for Golpa. I need dental implants first so I can smile again and eat the foods I can’t eat currently. I’m a diabetic who has been in the hospital in a coma for a month due to my bad tooth decay. I didn’t know that having bad teeth could literally killl me. I want my health and my smile back.

Great experience, with minimal pain, just some discomfort managed with ibuprofen. I’m happy with the teeth color. Still may need some adjustments in 6 months, but I know they will do everything to make it perfect.

I’m so pleased I found this place. No judgment from any of the team. Just very caring people that want you to be happy and comfortable! I would do this again in a heartbeat, and wish I had done it sooner

These people are complete professionals and are attentive to every detail in making their teeth. My mouth is too small, and partials were very uncomfortable so I decided 4x4 implants were the way for me to go. I was apprehensive, but am glad I went through with the process. I did alot of research b4 deciding on G4 by Golpa. I now hope to wear these teeth for years to come. They are scaled to fit my too small mouth.

Overall the experience was pleasant and stress free. The staff was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. After the anesthesia was administered before I knew it I woke up and it was all done. The office provided transportation there and back to my hotel after the procedure. Fantastic customer service. There is one thing though. You would think a ($45.00) water pik flosser would be provided as part of the procedure considering how much it costs. But definitely not a deal breaker after you see the results. Anyways thanks again to the Dallas G4 team!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Just amazing I couldn’t be more please I was treated like a queen all the staff were so nice understanding listened to what I wanted and made it happen I quess I was one if the luck ones I didn’t bruise very little pain omg if I would of known I would of done this a long time ago t owe them my life I can smile again Iam so happy a completely different person thank you soo much Golpa is the best I just couldn’t be happier!

Dallas team has been great to work with. I was a rare case as far as having overwhelming swelling and bruising. But this was no fault to them, this was only my body with being on blood thinner for 15 years. I did have a new set after 5 months because of having more gums showing which I originally was not like that but with all the swelling I had, you couldn’t tell until everything had healed. Dr Anderson and his team was awesome redoing my teeth and making them to the perfection I wanted. No extra charge on this because they want to make sure everyone is happy. Best decision I have made and forever grateful!

My Golpa Smile
What is a person who has a strong anxiety of dentist doing looking up someone who does implants? My teeth has always had problems, cavities, crowns, and root canals. It’s just been recently that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted, besides receding gums and abscesses. I knew sooner or later I would have to get dentures, hence my search for implants. I heard about G4 by Golpa from a Facebook group. The more I search, the more intrigued I was with them. From the start with a phone consult until the end, a new smile, I felt so comfortable. The staff makes you feel as family and Dr. T was wonderful. I was shocked as I was never nervous or scared, which has never happened in a dental office. Having 32 teeth extracted was the calmest experience I have ever had. I can’t explain it yet I was so at peace. I was shocked with how much details went into measuring and creating my teeth. The amount I was charged is WELL worth it. I heard from others of all the trouble, pain and months to years before they can have their permanent teeth. With Golpa, there was NO pain at all, none. Plus you get your permanent teeth within 24 hours. If you need a new smile I don’t know why you would not go to where they specialize in their trade of making great smiles. They seem to good to be true, yet they are not just good, they are great. I can’t say enough about Golpa and how they changed my life for the better. G4 is amazing! My husband went in on Tuesday. We toured the facility and were told how his teeth would be milled during the night and perfected in the lab the next morning. The lab helped as we chose his new teeth shape and color. My husband went into surgery where Dr. Anderson pulled 10 teeth, cut out his molars which had never erupted, and surgically implanted 8 posts. We returned the next afternoon to receive his new, complete set of teeth. We left a few hours later, went to a restaurant, and my husband ate dinner! Did I say G4 is amazing? Oh yes!!! Everyone was warm, friendly, and became our friends in a very short time! We HIGHLY recommend G4!

All staff was kind, courteous, professional and efficient. They instilled confidence - I felt comfortable and assured that the procedure would be successful, (in spite of having to read and sign-off on all the possible problems that could occur. Afterwards, I had very little pain, maybe 3 on a scale of 10. I did have bruising all around my mouth, but it didn’t hurt. My new teeth are beautiful although they are smaller than my old teeth, smaller than I want. That is disappointing. I hope it can be rectified with little, to no expense. 1st pic shows exaggerated smile - which is how much my teeth used to show when I smiled normally. Now, they hardly show - even close up. Still, my experience was positive, overall and I highly recommend G4 by Golpa. 24 hours for a whole new set of teeth!

I had my surgery last Tuesday 5/11/21, with this phenomenal human beings. They’re my super heroes, they’re going to bring back my life and have my great smile restored. There front office look very chic, pleasant, clean and welcoming. Everybody were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel safe the whole time I was there. I felt their , compassion, integrity and most importantly they really care. For me, those are the most fundamental core values, every business should have. Not just, all about money but the true happiness of their clients and they value them as human beings, not just a number. It’s a lot of money, my husband have to get 2 loans in order to afford this, for me. I’m beyond grateful. I look forward, to be reunited to my happy bright smile face, in December. It’s going to be a great Christmas gift from hubby powered by Golpa/Dallas A- Team. No doubt, they will make me happy with my new smile. If you want a VIP treatment towards your new smile: this is it. Everyone working there makes you feel like the only patient they have. I had 22 teeth pulled, got the next morning my set of new teeth and could eat immediately. Pain? Not really! More uncomfortable for a couple of days, a bit bruised, but gone after less than a week. It was like magic, one day in with horrible teeth, next day a beautiful smile. Painkillers the first two days, then no need for it.

That was three years ago, had two new sets of teeth since then, due to new and better materials available. Cost: ZERO, no co pay, nothing! They just offered it to me.

I’m so happy with my choice picking Golpa. The best investment I’ve ever made and no more tooth aches. Did I mention that I had 13 root canals?

Go for it, you won’t regret it. The only trouble you’ll have is not to smile constantly, showing off those pretty whites that look so natural.

If you truly want teeth in a day....this is THE place. Cost, you get what you pay for, and I have the most beautiful smile I could have ever thought of having! It's beyond my expectations. If your worried about pain, don't! I've had a single root canal that hurt worse. I'm not sure why they're able to do this with such low pain but I would rate the pain as LOW! Any pain is easily manageable with ibuprofen. The people at Golpa/Vegas are amazing, and they all work together to create your totally custom beautiful smile. I had my teeth removed on Tuesday and the screws were placed with NO PAIN! Wednesday at 5pm my new smile was permanently placed! At 6:30 the same night I was at Carrabas eating soup, bread and mashed potatoes! I can't stop smiling and probably never will! Thank you Golpa Dental!!!! ❤️ Here’s my own before and after photos!

This entire establishment is amazing, every single person that you encounter is wonderful from Amanda, Bruno, Jesus, and especially Yessi and Dr Torkaman were exceptional. Yessi was there my whole procedure and made me feel safe and comfortable, the doctors bedside manner is like no other, he makes you feel actually cared for. Amanda was the person who helped on my initial visit and she was very sweet and thorough about the procedure answered all my questions. If I could give them a 10 I would, nevertheless I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family

The best there is! Do your research and you will find nothing else that compares. The doctors and their staff are the most professional and caring. Plus the exclusive technology that they have at their fingertips. 4 months post implants and just had my first checkup and cleaning. Everything is perfect, the bone grafts have taken and I can eat anything I want! No pain or problems at all. So very glad I had this done.

Dr. Golpa & Dr Fadi,
I just wanted you to know how happy I am with my teeth. Every time I eat and don’t gag because my dentures are slipping I am reminded of how lucky I am. I look in the mirror and get so excited because they are beautiful.

I had researched the procedure and had gone on several different consultations to get opinions on how I should proceed. I was impressed with your process and the quality of your product. Others wanted me to wait to get the uppers and lowers done separately 6 months apart. Their product was inferior to what you use and they did not have the titanium bar inside. Also, the cost was prohibitive compared to your product and procedure.

Everyone who sees them loves them and now that the swelling has gone down I look like myself. Only this time with a beautiful smile.

I want you to know that everyone at your Tyson’s Corner location are very professional and friendly. They made me feel very at ease. Dr Fadi did a wonderful job. Brandi is also an invaluable asset to your practice. I would recommend the Tyson’s Corner location to anyone on the east coast.

I've waited a few months post-procedure to write this, mainly to make sure nothing negative came up. It's been almost 9 months since my procedure and I'm happier than I ever thought I'd be.

Everything about G4 by Golpa is first class, and everyone is so professional, warm and friendly. It started up front with Gina and Carlos for me. They calmed every concern I had and never got frustrated with my endless barrage of questions.

Surgery day was a breeze. Everything was ready to go with no complications. Implant day was one of the happiest days I can remember, the day I got my new smile! Dr. Anderson and Dr. Kelsey were so great, they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my well being.

If you're considering doing this, don't hesitate. Do it and I promise you won't regret it.

It’s been the real life changing experience! I’ve had a surgery last Tuesday, new teeth put on next day - they are PERMANENT, look and feel SO natural 😬 I was amazed by professionalism of each member of Golpa’s team, starting from Dr. Golpa himself - very humble, despite being such a famous inventor of the unique G4 technology, to ladies working in patient services: Amanda+Amanda and Lauren, to talented surgeons Dr. T and Elena, techs Jesus and Yessa and Bruno. I had completely worn out teeth, not rotten just worn out from grinding them which meant my jaw bones were thick and dense from that grinding! I found G4 by Golpa on the internet and watched some videos, I called and got Gina on the phone at the Dallas clinic, she was so sweet and professional! I already felt good about it so I traveled two days later for consult. I felt completely at ease when I walked in the door, I met the whole staff as well as Dr. Anderson and Dr. Kelsey whom did my surgery. A month later after physician clearance (I’m 49) I had my surgery on Monday morning and received my bridges at 1:00 the next day! What a happy day!!! I didn’t have much pain and only took ibuprofen. I would recommend G4 by Golpa to anyone! I’m extremely pleased with the outcome as well as procedure. These folks have it down in Dallas Texas! I catch myself looking in the mirror a whole lot and my self esteem as never been better! Thanks Dr Golpa and Dr Kelsey for my new 😀

I have had facial pain since I was 14 y.o. After 7 surgeries including total TMJ joint replacements, I was still on so much pain medication that I could barely function. I’m a nurse and hadn’t worked in 10 years. I had “G4 teeth “ surgery in February 2019. By October 2019 I was off all pain medication.... and I returned to work in May 2020. I cannot express the difference that this process has made in my life and in the life of my family. I can tell you that another system would not have been as successful. I got a stable bite the day after surgery. The surgery wasn’t easy but everyone was so supportive...kind and understanding. I can’t say enough... well I could but you probably don’t want to read it all ! Lol... do your research... not only did I save money with this process... but it’s such a better product. They made some changes and I got the new improved version... though I was a bit reluctant! These teeth are beautiful... it’s a shame I have to cover them with a mask! 😷

After many years of being embarrassed and self conscious about the state of my teeth, I began researching different methods and places to have my mouth fully restored. I came across the G4 method by Dr. Golpa. I called them they got me in the next week. I booked my flight to Vegas and the entire process was effortless. They made me feel extremely comfortable and they were very patient with all my questions. I designed my teeth and had my surgery all on the same day. I came back the second day and had them put in. I know most people do well with the swelling however, I was one of the few that swelled more than average and for longer. After the second week, I started feeling back to my normal self. I feel great and have full range of eating available to me again! I am now just over a month post surgery and it is honestly the best investment I have ever made. I am laughing with my children again, I now have photos of me smiling and I feel amazing! If you are considering this, DO IT! You will not regret it.

I went to Las Vegas for my implants and I am so glad I did. Do not hesitate if you think this is for you. The office is clean as a whistle, the employees are wonderful - followed up with me all steps of the way, and made sure I had rides from my hotel to the office.
Of course, I wish I had done this sooner... If you are considering this kind of surgery, GO FOR IT. No downside.

Amazing amazing amazing. G4 by Golpa has changed my life for the better 100%! And at half the cost of others like ClearChoice. I cannot express how pleased I am. I’m about 3 weeks post op and continue to smile. Pain wise it wayyyyyyy less then I expected and super manageable with ibuprofen and some ice. If you are a candidate, do it. You won’t regret it! Dr. Golpa, Dr. Fadi and the entire team at G4 by Golpa tysons Corner are best of the best. I was anxious as well as excited approaching my surgery and had extremely high expectations. The entire team I met with from the front desk personnel, to my dential assistant, the Lab manager, and finally Dr. Golpa and Dr. Fadi far exceeded my expectations. That's very hard to do for me, but when acomplished, I need to share my experience(s). The surgery went very well, and my post -op pain was minimal at most. To be able to have surgery on a Tuesday AM and have my arch placed the following day was incredible. I am so grateful for the entire team at G4 by Golpa Tysons Corner! Thank You!!!

G4 Golpa changed my life. I had dentures for nearly a year. The worst year of my life. Couldn’t eat, looked like I had aged 20 years. My wonderful husband new he as going to need new teeth and after seeing me struggle we decided to look into implants. There is places that will do a similar procedure but you still remove the teeth at night and the procedure takes up to 6 months to get your teeth. G4 was the greatest thing. It was very simple. We were able to do the consult over the phone along with most of the paperwork. The day my husband and I did it I was so blown away with the way the treated both of us. We sat side by side and looked at our pictures with our healthy teeth. They did the 3 d xrays and did measurement after measurement . Something I didn’t experience with the dentures. I got a mouth full of plaster and when I got home I had a mouth full of teeth that were ugly and half of the teeth were larger than the others. I didn’t have to social distance myself from the world I had already been doing thst for 9 months. So ashamed of the way I looked. The day we got our teeth all I could do was cry. I l

Golpa Dental Implant Center- Dallas is Phenomenal! The Staff is very professional, friendly, caring, and thoughtful. My time there was outstanding. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome! I can now eat any food, chew on both sides of my mouth and I look great! One thing I will never forget is the morning after the extractions I don't ever remember feeling so good. I felt elated. I got up and flushed the pain meds down the toilet. Latter I shared this with a friend of mine and she thought it was from getting all the toxins out of my body from my bad teeth and gums. ALL the staff from start to finish were great! Very sympathetic to my needs and concerns. Very gentle, caring and professional through out the entire process. Plus I got to take sick days from work and go to Vegas!

I started having a lot of dental problems around 26-28 years old from an eating disorder I developed at 16. It lasted until I was 28. I had nice teeth before and didn't realize it was destroying the enamel on my teeth. By the time I knew what was happening, it was too late. I was rapidly losing my back teeth, once that happened, my other teeth starting shifting. I didn't have dental insurance and couldn't afford a dentist until I was 34. I saved up several thousand hoping I still could save my teeth and maybe get partials for the back. I made an appt with a local dentist and found out nothing could be done to save my bottom teeth. I had some work done to my top teeth to hold me over until I could do more. The dentist told me that I really needed to get them all pulled and get dentures. I had a panic attack in the dentist office because that was one of my biggest fears. I was not ok with having removeable teeth at my age. And I knew that it would cause tremendous bone loss in the jaw and change the shape of my face. So I suffered with my teeth for almost 6 more years while saving as much money as possible. It was very difficult to eat, I had abscesses every few months, and was in pain all the time. I was embarrassed to talk or smile, it was just a nightmare. I researched Golpa throughout all these years wanting so badly to be able to afford going to him, but I didn't believe it would happen. I originally planned on going to Costa Rica for all on four, but was so worried about going out of the country for something like this. I drove a cheap car I bought off craigslist to continue saving money and finally at 40, I had enough saved up to go to Dr Golpa. I called the Virginia location in April 2020 and made my Appt for May 26, 2020. I was there for 3 days for my procedure. First day, was consult day. Second day, surgery to remove my teeth and put in implants. Third day, was bridge installation. I had some soreness and swelling but never any severe pain and all I took was ibuprofen bc I had a problem with prescription painkillers before and didn't want to risk taking them. I went back after 6 months for a check up on my implants and bridge adjustment. They ended up making me new bridges bc my first set was a little big for my mouth and they were adding molars. First new set they made didn't fit my face at all...it was way too small and aged me, so they sent me back to the hotel for 24 hours and had me come back the next day for another set. That set was perfect and it's the ones I have now. They feel very natural and I actually forget I have them sometimes! I'm so happy I was able to afford this procedure and would recommend it to anyone that cannot save their natural teeth.

To say you are nervous is an understatement. But as soon as you walk in the door they truly make you feel calm and safe. You Know that everything is going to be okay. It took exactly 23 1/2 hours for my entire procedure from start to finish, surgery to implants completed. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. They are so amazing I can’t imagine going anywhere else or having this done by anyone else. I absolutely loved every person in that office from day one to follow up care. I don’t know how they could have done any better. I am happily smiling again pain free and it is because of G4 by Golpa!

Going to Dr. Golpa and taking advantage of the G4 by Golpa Dental Implant procedure was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The entire staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Quick, quality work with all facets of the procedure handled at the Las Vegas location.

It has been a little over one year since I have had the procedure. I still have a perfect smile. I am happy to report that I can still eat things that before the procedure were impossible to eat, let alone enjoy! My overall health has improved 10 fold. We never dreamed my husband, Dan, would recieve the phenomenal care that he did... Dr. Golpa and his team were truly remarkable. Dan has had a long difficult journey with dental problems and had given up, withdrawn, and felt he would never be able to eat a decent meal or smile again. The decision to go to B4 by Golpa should have been made sooner, but thank God he finally landed there and is now under the care of Dr. Golpa.

The care plan was more involved than he had expected, however within 3 days Dr. Anna had lifted both sides of his sinuses and Dr. Golpa rebuilt his lower jaw bone with grafts and placed implants. Dr. Torkaman built Dan a set of beautiful teeth for the upper and lower arch, and placed the day after his implant surgery, as far as we are concerned this was nothing short of a miracle, due to the bone loss in Dan's lower jaw. We were blown away that Dan was able to go home with a beautiful smile!

Thanks to the dedication and loving and over-the-top care and encouragement provided by the staff- Amanda, Ashley, and Dr. Torkaman- arrangements were made to help us manage all the logistics to allow Dan to stay an extra day so that the more complex surgery could be completed by Dr. Golpa. There is absolutely no doubt in our minds that had Dan not been cared for by Golpa at the Vegas office he would likely not have a jaw bone intact in the near future. There simply are not adequate word to express the extent of our gratitude.

The Vegas team works together like a well oiled machine and there dedication and care for the emotional and physical well-being of their patients is like no other. There's no cookie-cutter results coming out of this business, rather, your dental procedure is designed to be specific to you and your individual needs. It's so cool to work with Dr. Torkaman (a true wizard) as he works with you to plan and choose what your new teeth will look like.

Thanks also go to the other caring and patient staff who worked with Dan, to Cat, to the young man who set Dan's new teeth and to the sweet gal who trimmed Dan's beard. You're all amazing people.

If you are suffering the loss of teeth and are thinking about whether or not to contact Golpa, please don't hesitate another minute. This is the best decision you will ever make. I was smiling again, and I just couldn’t stop - from the minute I left the Golpa4 office with my brand new smile (teeth) thanks to Dr. Golpa and his wonderful Tyson’s VA office team. It felt absolutely amazing to be smiling again! What a difference a day could make! All my friends (many of whom have known me for a long time) have said my new teeth looks very natural. One even said it looked much better than a TV news anchor who looked like they had had similar work done. I am really very grateful to the whole team, which includes those who answered questions from the Las Vegas office when the Tyson’s office was closed and Jarrett who was the first person I spoke to in the Golpa4 group and answered many questions before I went for my consultation.

Office manager Brandi Duling runs a tight ship, making sure every detail and step was ready to go and everything was taken care of. Dr. Fadi Alhrashi did the surgery and worked hard to make sure I got the best smile, custom made for me! He put in my new teeth and kept checking the progress of how they looked. The technician who made the teeth made sure I got the exact color and style I wanted. All the staff were interested in the process and perfecting the result. I felt so cared about; it was like having my family and friends working for me.
The loss of teeth had made me not want to smile. I was withdrawing from my normally active life. I had always wanted to greet people with a smile, even strangers. But my teeth looked so bad; I was trying to smile without lifting my upper lip. That did not look normal of course. It did not look good. I no longer wanted to go to meetings or conferences. I felt uncomfortable going out among people. But the same day I got my new teeth I was smiling at strangers and even having brief conversations with them.

I had spoken with other dentists in the area about possible solutions to my teeth loss. Then I went for a consultation with the Golpa4 Tyson’s VA office. I decided that the Golpa4 technique and the experience and the care of the staff (and also the best price) were obviously my best choice. I am really glad I did. I highly recommend the Golpa4 Tyson’s VA office! Get your smile back! It will help you both mentally and physically!

WOW!!! Where can I start?! The WHOLE experience was AMAZING!! I am so glad I had my procedure done at the Dallas location. The whole staff was wonderful and made me feel like Family. I was a tad bit nervous going in, but when I met everyone, that nervousness went away! Gina works and the front desk and is in charge of a lot of important things, she's very friendly and went above and beyond out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Liz, another wonderful lady, did my xrays, took all the before and after pictures, she explained everything thoroughly, Dr. Kelsey is a great guy, he went over my bite until it was correct, that way I could eat properly and my implants wouldn't have any reason to fail. They do NOT just put your implants/bridges in and send you on your way, they CARE about their patients and want you to leave Happy and have a Beautiful Smile. The Anesthesiologist, sorry, I forgot his name, he was great too, he also explained everything, he made sure I was very comfortable before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Anderson did a extraordinary job doing the sinus lift, bone grafting and putting the implants in and the stitches. (Not everyone needs a sinus lift or bone grafting)

They all explain everything and ask you if you have questions. They actually listen to what you have to say and care about what you want. They have you send them a picture of what kind of teeth you want to have and they let you pick what color you want. The robots that make the bridges are so neat and the team that design the actual teeth. Just WOW!!! My teeth look so realistic, they put the ripple effect in the teeth, how real enamel has. Their design team actually listens to what you want, I told him I didn't want my bottom teeth too tiny and they weren't, I told him I wanted my canines more pointed and they were and they are a very close resemblance to the picture I sent them.

I did NOT have any pain what so ever in my mouth, which shocked me with everything that was done. I did have a bad headache and a little pain in my eyes and nose, but I've had ongoing problems with headaches and sinus problems. But other than that, I am healing very fast, the stitches are coming out on their own, the swelling and one little bruise are going down and away. I can't wait to go back in 6 mo.s to see everyone at the Dallas office!!!

Overall I am beyond ecstatic that I had such a great experience and I LOVE my new smile. I can't stop smiling, taking pictures of my Beautiful new teeth, it has definitely built my confidence back up and I am so Thankful that Golpa has the BEST teams to make Beautiful Masterpieces of Smiles!!!! These implants ARE permanent and the Dentist has to take them out to thoroughly clean them, make adjustments, etc.. I was nervous that when Liz screwed my implants in, that I would start gagging like with dentures, but NO, nothing. They felt so comfortable and so secure. I have been able to eat and drink out of bottles and cups, I do have to learn how to talk and fully eat with them, but I'll be a Pro at it in no time!!!

If you are thinking about implants but scared to get them, set your fears aside and jump at the chance, trust me, you will NOT regret it. It will be the best choice you have EVER made in your life. I LOVE GOLPA DENTAL!!!!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was home.
I had been communicating with Gina through emails and now I was meeting her in person. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I filled out the necessary paperwork and then we started my long anticipated live changing journey.
I was introduced to staff as we proceeded on.
Liz took me in for my Cat Scan and then on to my X-rays. The X-rays for me were the most difficult due to the reality of my poor dental health. I felt shame, humiliation and embarrassment. It didn’t hurt physically just emotionally.
Seeing the website I knew mine wasn’t the worst they had seen but it was mine.

On to the consultation.... I met with Dr. Andrew Kelsey and Dr.Todd Anderson. They explained the procedure throughly looked at the scans and X-rays letting me know what was going to take place. Hyro and his assistant came in to go over what type , shape and color I wanted in my bridge. I asked them to choose for me because they were the experts. (I couldn’t have been happier with the end result).
I never knew that men and women have different shaped teeth. These people are geniuses!

After all of that I was taken on a tour showing how the bridges were made and the people behind the artistry. All of the staff love their jobs and it shows. They want you to feel and look like a million dollars.

After my tour of the facility we went into the surgical suite. I met with my anesthesiologists who was absolutely incredible. I called him Dr Sandman. He was so calming and explained everything that was going to occur. Dr. Andrew Kelsey performed the surgery. The Drs. chair side manner was so incredibly calming. I felt like I was talking to my best friends. Before I knew it the surgery was complete.
Impressions were taken of my mouth for my bridges to be completed.

There was no pain whatsoever. A little soreness but that was alleviated with Ibuprofen. I used ice packs to minimize any swelling that may occur. There was a little bleeding nothing bad at all.

The following day I returned to receive my beautiful new smile. The doctors and Hyro felt a minor adjustment needed to be made. Once that was completed and the were 150% satisfied with the results would I look at my beautiful smile.
From all that I had read and watched everyone said that this was life changing. I will tell you it is 1000% true. I have always dreamed of having a beautiful smile. And now my dream was a reality. I couldn’t stop crying because it was actually happening to me. No more covering my mouth or smiling with my mouth closed. The other added bonus it literally takes years off if your life!!! I have my own new lease on life!!

I would recommend this procedure to anyone who is wanting their life back. I would do it all over again without hesitation.

The Doctors and Staff at G-4 by Golpa in Dallas are shining examples of professionalism, kindness, caring and loving their jobs. It is quite evident the moment you walk in the door.

My advice would be to stop thinking about having this done and call for a consultation for your procedure and new lease on life.
