I had Adam come out and look at our AC unit. He was friendly right off the bat. Knowledge and informative about the unit. It was a quick fix and are now happy we have our AC working since the 3+ 100° days we had. We also signed up for their membership which will come in handy when we want our furnace checked out later this year.

Fantastic service. Rob was excellent. Fair, honest, and very professional. He wasn't trying to get every dollar he could out of me. He was very truthful about what did and didn't need to get done. I appreciate how efficient he was. I will request him next time I need service. Because he was so good I also did sign up for their yearly plan. Got my Ecobee working!

Update, I've had Garrett come a few times now. Always excellent fair service. I appreciate that they don't have high pressure or find things "wrong" when everything is working as it should.

It was a cold morning in my household with the outside temp in the negatives and my furnace not working. Other places I called could not get me in until the next day. The four stars is not against the person that did the cleaning it’s against the company for not explaining to us about the filter. We were told to that we were able to clean the filter. That’s not a filter that you should be cleaning, According to the service guy that was here especially as black as it was it hasn’t been about. I want to say six months and we didn’t have any information on the filter to order so that Was bad We needed to have a schedule on that as well. It’s every four months for the ELECTRONIC or electrostatic filter. That thing was jet black

Of course, it’s never a good time when your AC goes out on one of the hottest days in the summer. Though the heat was brutal, G & R responded to my needs with available options and was able to immediately come in to install a new unit the next day. I am very grateful and satisfied with the work that was completed.

Adam did a very good job and explained what components would require possible replacements. He confirmed that the boiler is in good working order and recommended a 2 year service schedule. We would likely take his advice a have a filter on the incoming water supply installed on the next service. I had looked for some time to find a company that could service the munkin boiler. Have had my ac unit for 23 years and it went out on a Saturday, called G&R they gave me a cost upfront and had a technician (Garrett) he showed up informed me of everything that he was doing. I had several questions and was thinking of replacing my unit as it was 23 years old. Garrett was so informed about what I wanted and walked me through what I could do if I wanted a new unit. He got my ac working showed me all the possible future problems I might have. He was the best technician I have ever used.
