I hired G&R when my air conditioning stopped working . They initially refilled the system with freon and did a basic tune up for me . I found out within about a week that the freon was still leaking and realized we needed a new system .
We decided to get a new air conditioner and heater since they were both approximately 20 years old . For the initial visit Wayne was knowledgeable friendly and informative. When a second crew came out a few weeks later to change out the air conditioner and heater they were very quick and efficient and had it all completed in one day.
I had the april air installed a few months later by Adam who did a great job. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about the system. He was able to answer all my questions about the new ecobee thermostat and explainthe april air. G&R Heating and Air are highly recommended. Thanks for installing my new heater and ac.

I recently had the pleasure of working with G & R Heating and Air for my HVAC needs, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Tim, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to explain all of the options available, answering every question we had with patience and expertise. His willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed made a huge difference.
Thersa, who seemed to have a knack in calling me while I was driving ;) was excellent at working out a schedule that worked for everyone.
Once we made our decision, Adam and his team were prompt and efficient in completing the installation. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident throughout the process. The entire job was done quickly and without any disruptions to our daily routine. Adam also had great advice on which filters were the best for the new system and other simple maintenance advice. I do apologize for forgetting the name of Adam's co-installer.
I'm incredibly happy with the results of our new HVAC system. It's been running flawlessly, and we've noticed a significant improvement in our home's comfort and energy efficiency. We were expecting to notice a difference in a couple of days. We noticed a difference in a couple of hours!

Have had my ac unit for 23 years and it went out on a Saturday, called G&R they gave me a cost upfront and had a technician (Garrett) he showed up informed me of everything that he was doing. I had several questions and was thinking of replacing my unit as it was 23 years old. Garrett was so informed about what I wanted and walked me through what I could do if I wanted a new unit. He got my ac working showed me all the possible future problems I might have. He was the best technician I have ever used. I contracted G&R to replace my aged furnace and AC unit. The price was fair, better than a local competitor. I was concerned that the size furnace was not going to be adequate for my home. But Scott took the time to show me the results from software they use, and the metrics being considered, when making a decision on the size unit to install.
The installation team was very professional and personable. I checked on the progress a few times and each time they were willing to field my questions. They left their workspaces clean, taking every bit of debris with them.
The only bumps in the road (more like small speed humps) were that of the delivery of the AC unit and furnace. I wasn’t notified that it would be a separate delivery prior to the install team’s arrival. I had to move my car from the garage to provide a space for the drop. And, after installation, there was a question as to whether I paid for some sort of membership to G&R which would allow for certain discounts on other services and for the one year checkup on the new system.
The delivery issue wasn’t really a big deal. But, I would have preferred a confirmation call the day prior with details such as delivery. And, the membership matter was addressed the following day. It was apparently a misunderstanding on the installers part.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service to date. Hopefully, I will be just as pleased with their honoring of the warranty should I need that, and with their promise to respond quickly to problems.
