can’t say enough good things about Freeport Computers. The owner went above and beyond with communication—sending photos, calling to check in, and walking me through every detail to make sure I got the most out of my custom-built PC. I dropped my system off and within just a few hours, everything was done—same-day service that was fast and flawless. He fine-tuned my setup by installing performance-boosting software and even downgraded Windows 11 Pro to IoT for smoother performance. On top of that, he personally taught me how to use OBS, PCSX2, and how to properly handle BIOS files for PlayStation 2 emulation.
