The folks at Fraser are AWESOME. Not only were they able to effectively communicate with our insurance company, they were super patient and helpful guiding my wife and me through the process of making our first claim. The work was completed almost entirely in half a day, and we're grateful to have a new roof after the hail storm last year. Highly recommend, and shoutout to Jacob, Joel, Chris, and the rest of the Fraser team!

Jason Fuchs of Fraser Roofing was my main contact. I heard about him via a neighbor/realtor. Just as my neighbor told me, I experienced only patience, courtesy, and extremely timely and professional service and communications. We hit a roadblock right after initiating the project and had to pause for a bit. Not only was the customer service awesome, but the gutters are BEAUTIFUL. We love them and now we look forward to rainstorms instead of dreading them. Thanks, Jason + Team!

The whole experience was positive. Scott Eady was our first contact. He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. Scott helped us navigate insurance claims. Zack ,the job foreman made sure I knew what was going on and when things would be completed. Cameron, the quality control person made sure things were completed correctly.

All in all, it was a positive experience!!!
