I didn’t know lettuce, grown indoors at that, could have such complexity in flavor. You barely need dressing to your salad because of the sharp flavor. Really great produce with environmentally sound initiatives.

So glad I found these in my local grocery store recently. They have the cutest packaging - it saves so much space in my fridge and I feel like I’m eating well whenever I get these. They have the most interesting mixes of greens. I’m always on the lookout for cool new brands at the store and this caught my eye. I love sprinkling their greens on pizza and pasta for a lil extra somethin somethin. Can’t wait for new mixes to try! Love their recipes, too!
