Florida Pool Tech is amazing. Called for quote, sent photos, quote within an hour and was a lot less than I had expected to pay. I’d been waiting for a quote from another company for over 1 month, which I still have not received despite calling. Accepted quote from Florida Tech and then everything was stress free and easy. Zack was scheduled for new equipment install. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Everything installed and working in no time. I cannot adequately explain how good this company was to deal with. The install was professionally done, every detail checked. Including my height so as the control panel was placed at my eye level, I’m only 5ft. Thank you Florida Pool Tech, I will never use anyone else. I recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent pool service.

Zack came out and identified the ussue quickly. Unfortunately, was unable to fix at the time (my equiptment is very old and outdated). They will send me a test to state what needs to be done and the price.

Zack took the time to talk with me and offer poonters to maintaining my pool while the pump is out of commission. Very persoanable and friendly.

Challenging times here in Florida following the hurricanes, there were no pumps to be found! Florida Pool Tech was onsite within 48 hours of getting their shipment and Zack arrived on time, installed the pump professionally, was courteous, and made sure it was programmed correctly for the automation system. Then he assisted me in adjusting the actuator valves to prevent water flowing into the damaged spa. Above and beyond!
