Originally purchased an OZ of shake & the Tropical vape cartridge. The shake was decent, but the vape cartridge was faulty and did not work. I informed them of this and they delivered a free replacement the next day. (It was pretty late in the evening by the time I'd notified them.) Pros: Good customer experience & service. So far as I've found good value for money. A fair range of products. Delivered direct to you via a courier. Courier was polite & discreet. Con: Vape cartridge could taste better. All in all, thumbs up.
