Five Star Leak Detection did a great job locating a leaking pipe near my pool that was causing a large amount of water loss. Nick came to my house and arrived right on time. He did a thorough inspection and ran several tests on my pool lights, skimmer, bottom drains, and return jets. He was able to find a minor leak behind a light fixture as well as the main leak in a pvc line behind a return jet. He was very friendly and explained everything to me as he was performing the leak detection service. I would highly recommend them if you have a pool leak or any other leak for that matter. Thank you!

I called after hours for a flood in my house. Their tech came out right away and located the leak in my kitchen under the slab. The plumber they work with came out cut the slab and is repairing the broken pipe now. Thank you leak squad. Really appreciate your quick response.

We were doing yard work on a Saturday and as we dug, water started bubbling out of one of the pool pipes. I called Saturday afternoon and 5 Star asked me to text pictures. They sent me a quote and told me they could get someone out in the morning (on a Sunday!)
The quote was much less than we feared it would be. They came out Sunday morning. Did the repairs, talked me through everything, and tested for any other leaks. They left the area looking better than it looked before, they were quick and efficient, and so incredibly helpful.
Turned what could have been a nightmare into a wonderful experience.

We ended up booking for our wedding last weekend. We got rained on. Thank you John for being so patient and accommodating with our plans that kept changing because of the rain and the stress of wanting to make this day perfect. You exceeded all our expectations. The ghost was spacious, clean and has a great sound system. All in all we had a great experience. We may never use your service again because we don't plan on getting married again but I can honestly highly recommend you and Romantic Rides.

I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Leak Detection and would give them more stars if I could. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I have been losing water in my pool for a while and needed to get it fixed. I called Five Star and spoke with their friendly office staff. The field team was in my area and was able to stop by the same day after finishing up with other customers. They were also $100 cheaper than other companies for doing the leak detection. Nick arrived and explained that he would be using sound and ink dye to find the leak. He found the leak below our skimmer and showed me where it was. He was also able to fix the leak that same day. My water level has not dropped since he made the repair a few days ago. This was by far the easiest and most efficient contractor experience I've had. If I ever have pool issues again, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Five Star first. Great job Nick and Five Star team! I truly appreciate it.

In all honesty five star leak is one of the most professional and responsive companies with whom I've done business. The leak was detected and fixed the same day. The tech polite and conscientious. Should my pool ever develop another leak, they will be my first call thats for sure.

The technician came out yesterday the same day I called. He was very prompt, courteous and competent. The leak was behind the washing machine, exactly where he pinpointed it under the slab. Their preferred plumber is coming out tomorrow to do the repair. We had the water turned for to avoid further water damage. Great job five star leak.

I knew that we had a leak in one of the underground lines to either our pool or spa for a while now. Based on the good reviews I read, I contacted Leak Squad to come out. Nick and his helper came out and pinpointed the leak with accuracy.

They came back out yesterday to do the repair work. They were pleasant guys who did a fantastic job for us and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Even the dispatcher was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the leak squad for pool and spa leaks.

Shout-out to this company that organized transportation for my sister s wedding last Saturday. I don’t review anyone much but I must say I was impressed when the driver pulled out the champagne bucket stand out of the trunk. It made for some really cool classy pictures where groom and bride looked hot together in front of the rolls they used as backdrop. Pictures for life you can frame and proudly display. I will update this review with pictures once I get them. #dope.

I had water sipping through my tile floors in my pantry so I called the leak squad tuesday. they were able to come out yesterday and located the leak for me so that my plumber could do the repair without further damage to my kitchen. I was quoted for a reroute and I was able to save money repairing the broken pipe in pantry instead. Good job. Thank u.

We had a leak that two other plumbers came out and couldnt detect. Nick and his helper found it fairly quick and repaired the pipes with exceptional workmanship. We have also them repair several other projects done by previous plumbers from other companies. They are masters of their trade and they are even cheaper than average. Their workmanship and the quality of their service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I needed someone to conduct a slab leak detection in my basement. Yes I have a basement in Florida and water was sipping thru the walls. It turns out the irrigation pipe above the basement was cracked and it would leak when that zone was on only 30 minutes twice a week which made it a small hard to find leak.
