Here's why we didn't give our usual 5 stars. Other than this instance, weve been very satisfied over the years!
We had the annual service performed on our tankless water heater, which Fitzgerald always performs and we've always been happy. Our only complaint this time was that the technician didn't ensure we had hot water before he left. By the time we discovered this, it was after business hours. Thankfully, we were able to reach Patrick, who was awesome at talking me through some steps to try, but we had to wait until the next morning for hot water. Our suggestion would be to always check that everything is working perfectly before leaving.

I was in a stressful situation requiring a plumber. I couldn't get the water main to stop leaking to replace a broken shower stem. Patrick the owner was very thorough when he came over to give us an estimate - we needed to either replace our water heater tank or go tankless and he talked us through the options in a way that was informative and easy to understand. While he was not the lowest bid we received, we went with Fitzgerald plumbing because he seemed more knowledgeable than the other guys for the quirky needs of our particular house and he just gives out good, honest, hardworking vibes. The install went seamlessly and one week later writing this review, we are happy, everything is as it should be! Also loved that he suggested adding a specific kind of filter at the tank site to try to avoid the snap, crackle and pop of sediment in the tank as time goes by. Thanks!

Repaired floor furnace. Flat fee for inspection, going under house and doing basic part replacement/repair. Other needed repairs would have cost more which was indicated prior to beginning work.

My wife and I recently purchased an older home in Long Beach. As we're new to the area all of our old vendor contacts are no good. We found Fitzgerald Plumbing through reviews and recommendations on NextDoor. Patrick was super fast in responding to our plumbing needs and Leo our plumber took great care of us. Identified the problem, talked through options to fix and got it done with a fair price the next day. We loved working with them so that when we found out they were now doing Heating and Air Conditioning we had them back out to service our unit. As before fast service, fair price and above all great work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My neighbor used them a while back. Need two toilets installed. Called them, and they were there within a couple hours. Plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The price was excellent compared to other companies. Will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a leak under our house that we caught because we began to notice a musky smell. We called Fitzgerald Plumbing and Warren came out the same day to take a look at what was going on, and we were also able to set up a time for him to return and repair what needed to be done. On repair day he arrived on time and was kind and professional, left the work area clean, and also gave us a year warranty on the work done. We will definitely choose Fitzgerald Plumbing again for any other plumbing needs that come up in the future.
