I want to start off by saying that as a loan processor, I have worked with more title companies than I can count. To be honest, I have a very low opinion on most of them. That is why when I work with one that impresses me, it is a big deal. So, I just wanted to say thank you to Anne O'Neal, and her patience with a very difficult property, that had even more difficult realtors! (:
