Fantastic! Maria was very helpful, friendly and professional. They replaced three watch batteries, but on a new watch band & even put the old buckle on the new band…in less than 30 minutes.
I enjoyed shopping & talking with Maria in between.

We have been going to FAO Jewelers for about 15 years. They are Amazing John ,Lisa, Kevin and Denise have made my wedding rings from a drawing I made , designed and redesigned other ones plus necklaces and earrings always with a smile and hugs ( when possible)We will Never go anywhere else

I came into FAO JEWELERS not knowing what to expect because I had no knowledge of purchasing a diamond band I have never purchased one before so I was a little nervous but when coming in to the store and meeting John for the first time I knew I was in good hands, he was very gracious, courteous, patience, kind and extremely helpful I was extremely happy and very comfortable with his knowledge of his profession I felt that I was very lucky to have John as my salesperson, Hats off to you John , you rock !!!

A very friendly staff who went above the normal in helping me to be happy with my visit. I even went for a battery on my mom's watch. They replaced it with a new one and didn't charge me. I was surprised. I'd recommend this place for anyone.

Thank You FAO in Brighton, MI for your professional, timely, service. FAO repaired a badly shaped, family heirloom. diamond ring for me. Then, I brought in my gold wide band, wedding ring, that (after 28 yrs of marriage) was too small to slide over my knuckle. I also had my husband's wide band with me. (husband had a newer band to wear). Todd at FAO had the brilliant idea to resize my band, and "tastefully" solder my band "inside" my husband's band. The result: STUNNING❤

A perfect fit. All polished and sparkling. Having negative experience with a previous jeweler, that stated, nothing could be done, I have found a new Jeweler Home. The owner John, listened, was kind & professional. Carla was a delight when I picked up my newly designed gold band. And again, thank you Todd, for your brilliant creation & treating me like family!
