Fader and Company did a jam up job on selling my house. The house was sold within a week and closing was on time. I would highly recommend you using this company. They worked with me on belongings that I couldn't take with me. Kyle was my contact with Fader and Co. He truly has my best interest. A blessing to deal with.

I want to thank Fader & Co. in assisting me with selling my condo. They were very kind and prompt with the sale. I am an older person who recently went through personal tragedies and was not able to keep up with maintenance. Mario was kind and Mark kept me informed with what I needed to do. I am very pleased with how they were readily available with questions. Fader made selling easy. Everyone I encountered was wonderful!!!! I highly recommend them if you need to sell. They are local, which is one of the first reasons why I chose them. Thank you!!!!

I would give Fader & Co. a hundred stars! As a Realtor, I could not have asked for a better team to navigate one of the most difficult transactions I think all of us have ever been through. Huge thanks to Mike, Mark & Whitney for sticking through to the end making buyer and seller happy. Whatever it took they were there. On time, communicative, fair, resourceful and the list goes way beyond. I hope to work with them again, heck maybe for them! That's how impressed I was with this group. They take pride in what they do. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Fader&Co is the Best/Top Notch, Most Professional, Fast & Friendly Real Estate Investment Co, EVER!!! We had the honor of meeting, Mr. Mario, Our Aquisition Specialist, who was Heaven sent! His Communication skills are Superb, and he doesn't give up until you're Satisfied & Happy! Mario was able to get approved Exactly what we asked for! WoooHooo!!!🎉 Though it was a rental property with a tenant still in it, they not only made this process pleasant for us, but they worked with tenant, too, as well. We closed QUICKLY!

If you are looking to sell your home Fader & Co should be your first choice. I had the best experience with very kind and generous staff who fully understands the business which gave me comfort to know that they wouldn't back peddle on any deal. The whole entire process was smooth right down to the title company making my transition very easy and informative every step of the way. Before I found Fader & Co I was dealing with back peddlers until they came and saved the day. I 100% recommemd Fader & Co to anyone looking to sell their home in the near future. Thanks guys
