I will start by saying that I am not the easiest to work with, and I tend to micro manage. Although that created some tension early on in my process with Factory Homes, when I brought up my concerns they were addressed immediately. Raelynn was very patient with my millions of of questions (some of which answers had to be repeated) and her follow up is phenomenal. I never had to wait long for answers that were in Raelynns hands and I knew the ones that weren’t she was pushing for on her end. We had a tight budget but they found something that was what we wanted and affordable for us and some of the things we thought might be lower quality were actually nicer than we expected (such as the railing on the porch or the surprise pop up outlet on our island). The contractors that factory homes used have 5 star reviews (yes I looked them up) and were also very communicative. I felt like I had a say in my home, and that meant a lot to me. We can’t wait to move in. Thank you Raelynn and Factory Homes!
