This is the second time using EZ Ride Service. Both drivers were punctual, professional and pleasant. Faisal was our pick up driver for the second time. My kids were happy to see him again. Tariq was our driver on the return trip. Our flight was delayed. He kept checking in to keep informed of the flight. When we landed he was ready to take us home. We will definitely be using this service again.

In a world full of options, it’s not always easy choosing the “right” one. I first booked EZ ride car service last year when needing transportation from Suffolk county to JFK. I emailed and got a quote and response within the same day. I must admit I was skeptical when they didn’t take a payment or hold prior to my departure, but the driver arrived just as I had booked both at my door and at the terminal. I used them again this year and couldn’t be happier with their service. The night before a 630 am pickup Jet Blue changed our flight time by 2 hours! I called and they reassured me the driver would pick us up at 430 am and not to worry. What could have been a nightmare rushing and scrambling with luggage and kids was made so much easier by their excellent service and clean beautiful SUVs. I will continue using EZ Ride and would recommend to anyone in need of airport transportation!

Used twice so far and are booked for a third time. Great rates and service. Other limo companies were ridiculously high priced and didnt offer as good a service as EZ Ride. Jason at EZ Ride was a great help!

I can't begin to describe the professionalism of this company. I had used them for an ordinary ride to the airport and all went fine so I decided I would use them whenever I needed a car service. So I again booked them for a ride to airport. Well as it turned out I had to change my reservation and there was a glitch in that reservation. They were so kind and willing to take all responsibility they made my experience with them an amazing experience. They had gotten me to airport with out any issue and I thought I was on my way for a fun vacation with family. The airline had us sitting for hours on plane in extreme heat waiting to take off only to be returned to gate and removed from the plane to sit for hours at a gate being delayed hour after hour. My husband with dementia had enough I called our wonderful car service asking what to they could do to get us home. The "owner "'not his secretary but the actual owner ask me to let him see what he could do and he will call me back. Minutes later he called me telling me he has someone who is willing to pick up the ride . This wasn't in the afternoon it was later at night. I was beyond thankful and I can't recommend this company enough. They are prompt ,perfessional and most definitely kind. Thanks to them my husband might be willing to board a plane again some day. Thank you Jay for all your help you and your drivers are all wonderful 😊 also a big thank you to our driver he was a life saver🥰

We recently reserved rides going to and coming back from JFK. We couldn’t be happier! The cars came to the house on time, and were waiting at JFK for us before we landed. This company will be the ONLY car service I use when visiting my grandbabies! I’ve previously used other services but EZRide is by far the best service; we were picked up at LaGuardia Airport and driven to Island Park, NY. The cost for 2 passengers with tip was almost half of what I’d been paying!! And quick too!!!

Easy to setup pickup and always in contact with you. We used them for JFK drop off. They were on time. The car was big enough for all bags, clean, and very comfortable ride. When we came back the driver text me he was waiting for us at the JFK Terminal. Got our bags went out side he was there. Always a pleasure using EZ Ride. I have been using them for about 10 years. I highly recommend this service. EZ Ride an extremely professional car service. I was so impressed that I received a text from the driver the night before my scheduled pickup, the morning of, and then again when he was in route! The constant communication eliminated any anxiety I had about missing my flight. Upon my return, they tracked my flight and prepared to pick me up when exiting the terminal!

Cars were in excellent condition and drivers were great. Reasonable price for the level of service. Our flight home was delayed 2+ hours and they were still there for us.

On a subsequent trip, the driver had a smart move picking us up at JFK T8. He had us go upstairs from the arrival area to the departure area. Arrival area was jammed, hardly any in the departure area. Saved a lot of time

First time using EZ Ride and couldn’t be more pleased. They responded quickly for a quote request, simple reservation process and excellent service. Bernard, my driver, was great. Texted me as soon as I landed to coordinate pickup. Was right out side the terminal doors waiting and quickly we were on our way. Clean car, pleasant conversation and home in no time. Juan was an excellent driver. He called after he realized that my group was going to be waiting on him for awhile due to us not knowing the airport and booking the ride 1 1/2 hrs after our plane arrived to pick us up earlier. On the way to the hotel he let us know the area was not really safe to go walking around and offered to stop so we could get food. We did ask to stop at a store to get drinks and he did, gave us a warning about the store doorman that would open the door for money told us not to give him any money. Then took us to our hotel. I would recommend this service to anyone due to the hospitality and the price. Thank you

Your driver was punctual, friendly, and we arrived safely to our home after three weeks abroad and with several heavy bags. Calked easy ride at last minute and they got back quickly and set up a ride. Price was very fair. Needed a round trip ride from Middle Long Island to JFK airport . Both days the weather was terrible , but EZ ride was prompt , actually early and ready to go. Travel time was quick and easy. Cars were comfortable and we had aIot of luggage. Highly recommend easy ride for your airport transportation needs
