Tina and Terry were awesome. Without these two, I would’ve definitely canceled my order. You guys rock. If it was up to me, I make you both presidents of the company. I previously would only look at one manufacturer. I went out on a limb and bought some lights from ETD. I am beyond very satisfied with the product and the pricing to the extent that the name brand I used before will not be used again in my installations.

I purchased the 20" Micro Slim Mini Bar. When mounted it is almost invisible. My first fire call with it was at night, This light really shines bright. Traffic stopped on both southbound lanes of a busy highway allowing me to enter from a side street. Vehicles coming twards me stopped well in advance of my arrival. I and very happy with this light bar.

Looking at certified lighting in the 500 dollar range, I found Tactical for a strobe light at about $60. Better, too, than the certified stuff.

Overall not a bad experience. The light was well built and works above and beyond expectations. I do have to add that my visor light did not come with the rubber edge guard to keep it from rattling. I'm sure they would have made it right had i raised a concern however a tiny piece of mounting tape works even better and was just easier overall than reaching back out.
Will definitely be shopping here again!

Appears to be a well built product. It was delivered in a timely manner. Install was a tad more challenging than advertised. I had to completely remove some screws instead of loosening them. would buy again.

Awesome lights! Works like a charm, and have been noticed every time when activated. I have these located in the front, and I can confidently say, this moves traffic. And they are really bright, day and night!

Mounting brackets are a bit flexible, and makes it possible to install in any vehicle if you angle the brackets for narrow installs! Great product!

The lights arrived promptly and was well packaged. We are a small volunteer fire department and we were redoing the cab on our fire boat. We just mounted the emergency lights and are very impressed !

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took over weeks for the order to be packaged and shipped. Which resulted in the whole shipping process to take over a month.
However, the quality you get, and the cost is worth 5 stars. The housing is nice and tight and seems like they will last a while. Thanks ETD!

Solid product. I haven't installed yet or purchased the proper momentary switch I want but the parts look to be good quality and nothing like that Amazon cheap stuff. I did hook 1 light up directly to a 12v battery and yeah they're brilliant bright lights

Upon reading other reviews I was doubtful this company but I took a chance anyway and ordered a siren from them. As other reviews sated they need to work on their communication but other than that I’m happy with them. After 5 days of my order not shipping I reached out and found that the siren that I ordered was not in stock. They upgraded me to a siren that they had in stock and had it to me in the same week. The product is very good quality and works great. It is way louder than my wallen and federal

Great quality emergency lights. Two changes I would make would be to offer clear suction cups and the power cord is too short to be used as a visor light. Works fine as a dash light.

I ordered the “Mirage 48 TIR Full Size LED light bar”. Ordering was easy. Shipping was pretty fast. Install was straight forward. The light has good flash pattern options. It’s a nice, slim design that looks great. A little longer power wire and control box wire would be nice, but I was able to extend them pretty easily. Overall, I’m happy with the light. Oh yeah, and they give you a nice light without breaking your bank account.

Nice unit. Well constructed, fits interior windshield fine, puts out a lot of light. A few more flash patterns would have been nice - I didn’t find the exact high frequency pattern I was seeking, but what I found will work fine. A slightly longer cord would also be welcome since my 12v plug is not on dash, but in center console. Cord is not 9 feet as described, unless possibly tight coil is stretched to the limit. Good product, though. Recommended.
