Updated with new post February 2026: Used Express Plumbing again. Jake was my technician. He was exceptionally polite and responsive. He clearly explained what his approach to the situation would be, and kept me updated on the various tasks he was performing as he went about the job. He also arrangements for me to receive a quote on a water softner system, that same morning. Another technician (a supervisor) came out and inspected my set-up and provided me with a very carefully thought out plan on how we might accomplish that job (in my case, more complex than normal because of the way my older home is designed). I am so sorry but I do not recall his name, but he was an experienced professional who conducted himself with poise and confidence (lol NOT arrogance, as so many masters in their trade do). You pay a higher price than the guy in a pick-up truck option, but the caliber of employee, and level of service, is vastly superior from almost any other contractor(s) I have used for other jobs over the years. Original post: I have used Express Plumbing numerous times in the past few years, each time for something different. Each time the service technician was well informed, well groomed, neat and clean in the work area, and competent. Todd M. was dispatched for my last call to replace a kitchen sink faucet, trouble shooting a dishwasher drainage issue, and repair or replace the garbage disposal. He was all of the above and did a terrific job. Todd was particularly patient ensuring that I understood the issues, the pricing options, and other related issues. Any company would be justifiably proud to have this level of employee on their team. The call center team has also without exception been remarkablely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive in every regard. Be aware, Express Plumbing seems to be more expensive than independent small businesses, but if you dont have time or knowledge on how to vet a plumber prior to the service being rendered (emergency or you cant wait all day, next week, for one of the others to maybe show up etc,), Express Plumbing is your best hassle free bet! That level of professionalism and consistency costs something to maintain, and that they do! Highly recommended.

Had my furnace go out and didn’t find out about it until 7pm. Called totally expecting to get scheduled for the next day and planned on just dealing with a freezing house. Got a hold of Express and they immediately got online with one of their technicians Cole and had him out to the house by 8pm. Cole was amazing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast in diagnosing. He explained everything in great detail and even though we couldn’t get the part to fix it until the next day he was able to leave multiple space heaters which helped immensely. He came back the next morning and it was all fixed by 9am. I cannot recommend Express highly enough and a big part of that is their great technician Cole. Thank you!

Called at 5pm on a Friday and had Kevin at my door at 5:45. So fast! I had a toilet clogged that I was unable to unclog on my own. When I was given the estimate for him to unclog it, it was a bit outside of what I could afford. Kevin made a call and was able to accommodate my budget. He was so nice and respectful. I will be using Express for future issues.
