Ricardo was fantastic. He scoped our septic system, quickly identified the blockage, and thoroughly cleaned and flushed the piping. He was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and communicated clearly with both me and my husband. He went above and beyond to fix the issue the right way and made sure we knew how to care for the system going forward. Highly recommend!

Simon, Tyler, Mason, and Ricky worked so hard re-piping our house and installing a new water heater. These guys were very kind, considerate of our property and very trustworthy. The job was done quicker than expected. Tyler and Mason were rock stars. They stayed late to make sure that we had water ever night. Cole Derby was very professional, thorough, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him service our HVAC system.

Today Derek came out first thing in the morning to flush our hot water heater, check the furnace and check the plumbing. He taught me how to replace the furnace filter and how to replace the water filter. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He also found a dead snake in our duct and was kind enough to remove it. I have used Express Plumbing Heating and Air for years. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere for any of those needs. Ive always received excellent service!

Dylan is the definition of a trained professional. He was knowledgeable had excellent communication and was very courteous. He had my problem fixed in under an hour. Didnt leave any mess and wore booties in the house even! I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time having Express Septic come and pump our system. James was personable and professional. He educated us well on our system, of the different options for upkeep and care, and the membership options. I didnt price compare, so I dont know where they land compared to others. The price for the service nearly doubled since we used them two years ago, though, so that was a bit of a surprise. But service was fantastic.
