We would highly recommend Sonia Perez to anyone. She was extremely helpful to us during our house-buying process. She explained every detail of the process and was quick to get back to us if we had any questions. We had a small time window in which we had to buy a house and Sonia and her team made it their priority to show us as many houses as quick as possible. Once we made an offer they helped with every single step. We never felt like we were being left in the dark.
We especially appreciated the help from her teammate Keri Hall. Keri was such a kind and thoughtful person! She always had a smile on her face.
She was quick to respond, she offered personal experience as an example, gave an honest opinion, and worked extremely hard. She's patient and very sympathetic to your thoughts and needs. No matter what time of day it was, she was able to help and show us more houses. I highly recommend working with her. It's like she read our minds! Sonia Perez knows how to pick a good team! We loved all of y'all.
