Wonderful responsive and skilled. Nick solved my leak issues and also taught me some preventative measures. Alisa, in the scheduling office, let me know every step of the way what to expect and when tech would arrive or if there would be a delay. Great people great company!

Dano came in and evaluated a leak and corrected on the spot! That day we signed up for the annual service which had great benefits. We subsequently scheduled a tankless water heater flush and a full inspection including the crawl space area. Dano arrived two days later and took care of everything. We definitely will be using this company from now on.great service, on time and friendly. Prices are reasonable and we’ll worth it; especially the annual service program.

Replaced an old outdoor faucet. Also fixed an indoor faucet that dripped. Of special note is the fact that for the indoor faucet fix, he disassembled and reassembled - wasn't able to replace the "plunger" but did manage to reassemble better so drip was gone. Was very professional and easy to work with.

I called them to check muddy area under the house. Turned out to be condensation. They found a different problem and traced to a leaky outdoor faucet. Easy fix. Both associates were good natured about amount of time spent under the house.

I just purchased a new home and needed to replace my faucet. Ethical plumbing was great! The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, my tech was knowledgeable and thorough, and my new faucet is great!
