Steve the owner was very friendly and he had his technician come to our house in such a short notice within 30 minutes. The Technician was professional and he know what he was talking about and EDSRY INC saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. This company is very honest and professional they will be my next Mitigation "GO-To-Guys" when I need one in the future but hopefully no time soon - No offensive Steve.

Expert, knowledgable, professional service! Marcos was thorough, efficient and patiently addressed my concerns. He found the source of the burst pipe, set up the drying equipment, inspected for mold and was spotless in cleanup after drying out the water damaged drywall. I recommend this company highly.

Years of rodents accessing bathroom concrete slab subfloor due to previous unrecognized exterior wall openings (water lines, 2 A/C lines and electric lines);ESDRY found full cause, removed years of dirt and debris above concrete slab subfloor (dead snail, etc., resulting from rodent dining and residences) and removed built-in Bath Tub and all large marble surrounding enclosure.

When our dream home that we just moved into, turned out to have mold in the bottom cabinets in our kitchen, we were distraught. Thankfully though, esdry was there to save the day and did a fantastic job of remediating the mold and drying out the walls. It was a very VERY long and loud 11 days but they were able to get it done in time for us to still host the family here for our first Thanksgiving in our new home. We’re super happy with the work they did for us but honestly, we hope we never need to call them again. God forbid we need them again but at least we know who to call if we ever do.
