Sara Anderson was not only patient and incredible throughout the entire process of home buying, she was also extremely knowledgable and had my back in every way imaginable! Getting discouraged while trying to buy a home in this market is more than likely inevitable at this point. The competition is stiff and the inventory can seem low; but Sara went above an beyond to put my mind at ease while always making me laugh and keeping my spirits high! For her, this may be another house to sell - but I never once felt like my wild ideas were too much for her! In fact, she encouraged them, raised even better ideas, and had an amazing eye for what true potential can look like. She even got down and dirty in the cellars (in a dress, mind you) to make sure we didn't miss a thing! I truly felt like Sara went above and beyond and always put the most genuine energy towards finding the best for my family and I. ERA may be another Realty Agency/Company, but I can't thank them enough for finding me the perfect home with 0 headache! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

To start with, Dave Schlapp is a great guy! This spills over into his customer service as a real estate agent and continues after the sale with help finding the contacts needed to build or repair. Sara has a background in rentals especially on Bryce resort. Her personal experiences when finding a vacation home was extremely helpful through the entire search process.

Dave Shalap provided outstanding service and excellent advice as my agent. He advised me to list my property at a price significantly higher than what I thought it would sell for and I ended up getting an offer very close to the asking price.
