ER Quick Care is perhaps the only urgent care facility in Naples where you are seen by a Doctor. My husband and I have utilized their services several times over the years, always receiving professional, compassionate and courteous care. We have referred several friends and neighbors to them for medical care , when appropriate, as a preferred alternative to the E.R.'s or other urgent care facilities. We are very grateful to the staff at ER Quick Care.

I was diagnosed quickly they did a chest x-ray found pneumonia treated me with IV antibiotics 3 consecutive days with oral antibiotics as well
The staff were friendly and efficient

Great experience! I’ll start with Physician Assistant, Patrica. Patricia is super knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure all concerns were addressed… And she did it in such a warm, caring, thoughtful manner. She is an excellent PA and an amazing asset to this office!
Next up.. Nurse Jenny.. Jenny is incredibly kind, caring & thoughtful. She also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. She is a really great nurse!
Incredible bedside manner from both Patricia & Jenny! And Dr Paisan was very warm, reassuring and thorough as well. Grateful to have found this urgent care, and to have met each of these wonderful professionals. Highly recommend

Despite the long wait times, the care was top notch. I've had two followup visits for scrip refills. Can't get prescribed refills on each individual prescription so there is an office visit every time, but my health care provider "provides".

The medical team at ER QuickCare is extremely patient focused. Everyone is very caring and professional. I had a pain condition and very soon after completing my admission paperwork, I received immediate care and treatment. Truly great service and much needed in Naples. I had a great experience with ER Quick Care.

From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.

I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great.

I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why.

They don’t just treat you, they actually
Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones.

It was Monday morning and very busy. This did not stop the staff from being courteous, attentive and professional. Everyone took their time. Listen to why I was there ordered proper test. Everything was performed in a timely manner While waiting for test results, people checked in on me. Dr Paisan was so kind, attentive answered all my questions. Made sure I had all of the proper appointments and other specialist moving forward. A plan for me to get better. Highly recommend

The following day, I have received a phone call to check on how I’m doing, which is above and beyond most places. I highly recommend using this facility. They’re open late hours and on Sundays, so glad to have them as back up when I can’t get to my own doctor.
