We found a house built in the 1950s that was flipped we fell in love with. ENC Drones came and inspected everything during our due diligence period. They found a number of things about the house which needed to be fixed prior to us closing for it not to come back and bite us later. They really know their stuff, and explained everything in a very thorough and detailed way that enabled us to get the repairs done we needed by the sellers. We also hired them to re-inspect after the repairs were made. Knowing they would catch anything that was amiss really made us feel secure in finalizing our purchase.

ENC Drones was quick to respond to our needs and schedules, easy to get ahold of, and very professional. You will do yourself a great service by hiring this company for your inspection needs.
