Elliott is a fantastic realtor! He made the buying process for us so easy to understand during our move as a family from Toronto to North Vancouver. We knew coming here that the market here is very different from other provinces, and he was able to help us navigate it all with ease. Despite being in a competitive, bidding war with other people, we won!! Not with the highest price, but because of the right strategy and professionalism he carried for us with the other agents throughout our viewing and eventual purchase process. My partner and I recently bought our first home with Elliott. I was very impressed with him, he was very organized and really demonstrated that he cared about getting us a good outcome. He wasn't pushy at all and was completely our speed. He was completely on top of things and would text us with reminders to fill out form X or make appointment Y, which was super helpful to as as we were completely new to all of this. I also really appreciated that he had a network of similarly reliable contacts (home inspectors, notaries, etc.). It's tough to navigate that kind of thing on your own. Great experience. Elliott's a gem!
