Elizabeth was very responsive and friendly. As the buyer without an agent, I wasn’t sure how I would be received and treated and she made it a wonderful experience and represented her client well. My only small thing is she was not aware that the home is subject to approval for any changes to the exterior. I researched that and discovered it myself.
